Calling Ravnica 3 for Fall 2017/Winter 2018, and Dominaria for Spring/Summer 2018. Jace is going to be the protagonist of a block again soon, Ravnica is a fan-favourite block to return to in time for the 25th anniversary and for story reasons, Jace's neglect of his duties has been pretty heavily hinted at of late.
However I have the feeling that Ravnica 3 will be somewhat of a disappointment for fans-10 guild mechanics can't be crammed effectively into two sets, so the sets will instead focus on multicolour mechanics (Converge etc) and other mechanics, perhaps related to the guildless. All cards from a specific guild will share similar traits and themes (Golgari cards to graveyard stuff, Azorius cards do prisony stuff) but won't actually have a named mechanic.
So obviously, this ended up being Kaladesh. Probably. Unless Maro meant totally, COMPLETELY new.
Anywho, with the need to continue Liliana's Chain Veil arc, Razaketh looking vaguely Egyptian and the comments about Monarch from Conspiracy 2 being similar to a mechanic in the October 2017 block, I reckon that block will be Egyptian world.
My understanding is that she is a planeswalker in both her human and werewolf forms, and her ability to transform between werewolf and human is linked to Innistrad's moon specifically-i.e. if she walked from Innistrad in human form, she couldn't transform into her werewolf form either.

Wasn't that the French guy? His name escapes me.
