When and why is a foil Treachery almost $700?

So I finally picked up a Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale. I want to play with it but am nervous carrying it around and it getting more played possibly even damaged. I am thinking about sending it in to PSA or Beckett so it's professionally mounted in a case and safe. First off, what kind of a grade do you guys think this could get? Secondly, is it worth it to pay for the grading? Thanks in advance.

Maelstrom Archangel should be a Legendary Angel!!!! His ability is pretty legendary and then I could make the 5-color Angel EDH deck I've always wanted to make.

Hey all! I'm brand new to Modern and this deck was the easiest to change over from Legacy LoamPox I had built. Just a few questions:
1. Does anyone run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in here? My version has a lot of B in it and Urborg seems to help.
2. Is Molten Vortex feasible in this deck? I'm contemplating running a couple in the board. Seems good against creature strategies.
3. I'm running a mix of shocks/fetches, basics, Urborg, and Ghost Quarters. Is there an advantage to running these over Tango lands or the lands that require <3 lands?

I always loved Flagstones of Trokair. I managed to get 3 foil ones, 2 signed ones, and a mess of english ones. I am glad to see I actually got one right! Back in the day when I played casual (with 4-of's...) I always added 4 Flagstones of Trokair to a deck because of the legend rule, I could search up 2 plains if I played another one with one on the field.

I am 41, married, with a 5 year old. The only Magic I really play anymore is EDH League every other week and occasional games at my house. I try to make every pre-release too. I miss playing Magic as much as I used to but just don't have the time any more what with full time job and part time school. I tell my boy as soon as he can read, I'll teach him to play. He is excited at the prospect... The wife used to play a lot with me and my friends but just lost interest despite being really good at it. Maybe she just got tired of beating us scrubs LOL!!

I have a NM Damnation in Russian. How much more value than an English one would y'all trade it at?

I nearly wet myself when this card was spoiled. I want to clarify something before I fork out money on a copy. Say for instance it's my turn and I have Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Psychosis Crawler on the battlefield and cast Day's Undoing:
-will either one of the creatures abilities deal any damage to opponents?
-if I have a Consecrated Sphinx on the battlefield, will I draw 2 for each one my opponents draw?

I have a set of 40 duals (2 from Unlimited, rest from Revised), 40 shocks (from original Ravnica block), and 60 fetches (40 from original sets, 20 from Khans block). I need more 2 more Bayou but can't bring myself to trade/buy as high as they are!

I've been told there is a very rare version of the Firewalker. Which one is the rarest?

I'm only wanting sets of the Temples and 1 of each of the foil Gods.

I have decided that I want a set (40) of the Temples and the Gods. Is now a good time to try and get them or should they drop more? I think they both will be EDH staples in the future and want to get them at their cheapest.

I collect Dragons, Angels, Legendary permanents because I thnk they're cool. I collect prerelease Stone-Tongue Basilisks because the date is the exact date of my wedding!

When I'm trading at the shop, most ppl have non-iPhones and have an app where they can just plug in cards and it adds up both sides for them. Does anyone on here use the MTG Trades app on their iPhone or maybe can suggest an app that does that. Thanks.
