I'm not entirely sold on having all 4 CIPT lands in an Aggro deck, but I'm willing to give it a shot for the time being. There are 12x 1-mana spells in this deck that you are looking to cast on Turn 1, so it's hard justifying the time to play multiple CIPT lands. This deck gets an edge against other decks because it needs to be aggressive as quickly as possible.
I just purchased 4x which should be arriving next week in the mail, so I plan on testing between 2-4 copies of Needle Spires.
It seems we came to similar conclusions on a decklist. I'm not entirely sold on Bone Saw even if it does cost 0 mana to play and 1 to equip for this deck. Stoneforge Masterwork just seems superior and can turn any creature into a large threat with a couple other allies on board.
Referring to Reckless Bushwhacker, I feel he is an Auto-4-of in any strategy that is looking to beat down with a swarm of tiny creatures. Being able to Surge him with an Expedition Envoy, Stoneforge Acolyte, Kor Bladewhirl, Relic Seer, Stone Haven Outfitter, or Weapons Trainer seems extremely feasible and brings us back to the same power-level as Goblin Bushwhacker from the old Zendikar days (giving Haste and +1/+0 to your creatures until EOT).
21 Lands also seems a little low to be running 4x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar. I could see running 2 or 3 copies, but the 4th could be moved to the sideboard for Control matchups.
Just my two cents. If your decklist works however, then keep on grinding.
Currently there is no sideboard since I'm not sure what to expect yet. However throwing a few key elements for the sideboard to solidify matchups seems fairly simple for now until a more established metagame forms.
Sword of the Animist was a thought as equipments 9 & 10, but I felt there were just better quality cards that should be added beforehand. Most of the other Equipment options seem lack luster so I did not include them.
I very much so want to add in Knight of the White Orchid, but with 2 Mountains and 4 Ally Encampments, that just doesn't seem feasible.
Kytheon, Hero of Akros is another strong possibility but I still believe I'd rather be running 2x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar over Kytheon (even with Kytheon's aggressive stats).
This manabase could be finagled with a little more for the inclusion of Fetchlands and such, but for the most part I was building the manabase to withstand the rotation coming in a few months. The core creatures and equipments were my main focus since 2 color deck manabases are pretty easy to fix to your liking.
Let me know what you guys/gals think in the comments. Feel free to sound off your own lists and ideas!

Been tinkering with the idea of a Boros/RW Ally Equipment Deck with OGW. So far this is where I'm at in the building process.
4x Battlefield Forge
2x Mountain
4x Needle Spires
8x Plains
4x Stoneforge Acolyte
4x Stoneforge Masterwork
4x Captain's Claws
4x Kor Bladewhirl
4x Relic Seeker
4x Stone Haven Outfitter
4x Weapons Trainer
4x Reckless Bushwhacker
**Edit Deck: -2 Plains +2 Needle Spire

I think before I would even consider Sword of the Animist, I would want at least 2x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar (possibly 4).
