That blue card really should be black. Hooray Colorpie.scramble.set!

Exactly, this is going to be a strange set, for sure. I'm looking forward to seeing what some of the other colors get to do. Smile

I'd have to say that these preview cards have done exactly what they're intended. Smile

They're very interesting and are creating a buzz about the set. I'm intrigued at what else will be in PC more and more. Only 5-ish days until the Orb is up, and then we'll have some fun. Smile

When you build a deck in standard that has white you ask yourself: how many Flagstones do I need?

    4

Unless I'm running aggro, then 3.

It's an amazing land, one that I always run in my white decks, no matter what. Their benefits have been extolled many times already, but I don't think they're ban worthy.

They're not a "Play me or lose to me" sort of card. Skullclamp was a "play me or lose to me" sort of card. It's not Flagstones.dec vs AntiFlagstones.dec in any Meta that I'm aware of.

These lands are a ginormous boost to W/x decks, but they don't win you the game, and they don't draw you cards, and they don't do damage. In the best scenario, you're sacc'ing one to a smallpox to offset some card disadvantage. In general they're deck thining and/or mana fixing. They don't do anything to your opponents board position, life total, or hand/library/graveyard.

They're very, very, very good lands. But I don't think they're powerful enough to be broken.

The Dragon is pretty cool, but I don't see his ability being extremely relevant. This 6/6 dragon will typically kill with three activations (assuming you can find a way to do 2 damage by the time he hits the 3rd time).

Meaning that you'll usually have 2 non-land spells removed (once again, assumption of 33% mana base).

I think that the dragon is pretty cool, but I don't think that the ability will be what makes or breaks the card.

As for the other cards, I think we'll see some use from them. Smile
