I'm playing a brew of mine that's a play on a traditional taxes deck. I have eldrazi displacer out and a leonin arbiter. I also have a windswept Heath. To avoid taxing myself, is there a way I could sequence it so I can bounce my own leonin arbiter and use my windswept Heath to fetch a land without paying the cost?
If I have two out that are untapped does it cost 2 mana for each attacking creature? On the flip side, if I attack with two then does my opponent have to pay 2 mana for each blocking creature?
Alright bare with me on this. I'm playing Slivers vs G/U deck that has some big blue creatures. G/U had Colossal Whale and used it to exile a sliver on its attack. At the same time, Arbiter of the Ideal attacked so now it's tapped. On Slivers' turn, it top decked Constricting Sliver and played it to exile Colossal Whale. Now as Colossal Whale leaves the battlefield, the exiled sliver now comes back into play and also has the ability from Constricting Sliver. It exiles Arbiter of the Ideal. In response to that before it happens, G/U taps Kiora's Follower to untap Arbiter of the Ideal and trigger it's Inspired ability. I reveal the top card and it just happens to be Archetype of Endurance. My confusion is, in what order do these all resolve?
Do the slivers hit first and exile Arbiter of the Ideal before Archetype of Endurance comes into play?
Does all of Arbiter's Inspired ability play out, thus becoming hexproof before the slivers can exile it?
Or did I mess up in the first place? Can I even activate Kiora's Follower in response? Does the sliver's return even go on the stack? If not, then assume I activated Kiora's Follower in response to the original Constricting Sliver being cast. Same question.
Sorry I'm on phone and don't know how to link cards to the names.

Hope that makes sense.
