Oh i like the Kalonian hydra and the prophet idea.. i get the counters and another fatty in play .. at the same time.. and its more efficient then savagery .. and i was thinkin about adding in some sort of early game removal or counter.. but i dint want to hold mana open to counter.. im ussually tapping out on first 4 to 5 turns.. i will switch some things up and see how it plays out.. and feel free to post anything that may help or give me some idea's .. and thank you for the reply .. much appreciated..
hey everyone, I've been playing magic since 2001 on and off.. this isn't my normal play style. so any idea's would be greatly appreciated and considered..
4 Jarad's orders -- Fetching corpsejack or any critter and a slitherhead to pitch to GY
4 sylvan Caryatid -- obvious
3 corpsejack menace -- produces the insanity for counters
3 lorescale Coatl -- gets bigger fast with corpsejack in play
4 slitherhead -- can be played outright for chumper or pitched to GY for counter
3 gyre sage -- mana ramp
4 bioshift -- moving counters for U/G and doubling for free off corpsejack
3 primordial hydra -- gets HUGE very fast specially with corpsejack in play
3 fathom mage -- Card advantage is never a bad thing
3 increasing savagery -- a little expensive .. but adds crazy counters when a corpsejack is in play
the thing is .. .when this deck works it works WONDERFULLY fast.. but its just not as consistant as i would like it to be.. can anyone give me any ideas on how to streamline it..
