This needed to cost 6GGG so it can be Grozothed for. That would have allowed you to play four Grozoth and one of this. As is, you might just have to play too many of this to make the deck consistent.
How's it a stupid reason? Elaine Chase's tweet sums it up perfectly.
Quote:
We keep a standard for Magic art to portray strong female characters. Sexy is OK, submissive or damsels in distress is not.
Just because 90% of M:TG players are male does not mean that WOTC wants to do something that would mildly please that 90%, and alienate the other 10%. That's bad marketing.
The art for this playmat is not very far off from Ladies' Knight. They both depict women throwing themselves at a male figure. Even though the card is from a "humorous set", the fact they feel it ok to print the card but not this mat seems suspicious at best.
Also, unless there is another target for the metamorph this will cause a tie game.
Not true. The metamorph say you MAY have it enter play as a copy of something else. You can choose to have it enter as a 0/0 creature by not copying anything.
Uhhh.. Or a playing progression that began with MAGIC and continues with pokemon and then Yugioh.....
I believe what the article was trying to state there was there is a play progression of a person starting with playing pokemon, then learning about a slightly more complicated game in Yugioh and beginning to play it instead, then learning about a even more complicated and matured game in MTG.
User: What is up?
Cleverbot: Not much you. User: Just chillin out relaxin all cool.
Cleverbot: Playing some b-ball outside of my school. User: Are there any guys up to no good?
Cleverbot: Where?
User: Outside of your school.
Cleverbot: Some?
User: Better make sure they don't make any trouble in your neighborhood.
Cleverbot: Don't I know it.
User: Think you could take them in a fight if they do?
Cleverbot: Have you got a few minutes to spare to do a survey?
User: .......
Yep. Looks a lot like the standard bot. Strings you along for a little bit and then BAM! Viagra commercial.
EDIT:
Cleverbot: It became to modernized, it lost the initial feel.
Cleverbot (To myself): Your day became too modernized? How do you mean?
User: Can we talk about something else please?
Cleverbot: No, the laws of the universe dictate that this is what we should talk about.
User: Screw the laws of the universe.
Cleverbot: The first law of the universe, is that we don't talk about the laws of the universe.
As for names, Team Creeper/Creeping? Team Collar? Team Cancel?:D Team Carnage? Team Chandra? TEAM COBRA? Team Corrupted? Team Cosi? Team Crusher? Team Crypt? Team Cunning? Team Charger?
I personally vote for Team Cobra:D
I'm for Team COBRA! as well (but the COBRA has to be in all caps or no go:mad:.... maybe with an exclamation point if Pseudofate is nice enough) otherwise I'm for Team Creeper or Carnage.
I was playing with almost mono black (splashing red for three removal spells). Round 1 I play against another almost mono black deck (his splashing white for some removal and Sheperd of the Lost). Both decks were filled to the brim with removal.
Game 1 consists of us taking turns playing removal back in forth and my pilgrim's eye being the only creature to survive on board for about 6 turns. Eventually a creature sticks to kill him.
Game 2:
I go:
turn 3 Vampire Nighthawk
turn 4 Vampire Nighthawk
turn 5 Vampire Nighthawk and Smoldering Spires (since he played a Sheperd of the Lost)
His turn 6 and 7 consist of Iona's Judgement on two nighthawks. (with me looking at the two dead reckonings in my hand *sad face* ). Hideous end his Sheperd and eventually get there with some creature wearing a kitesail.
