First: by reach I mean about maximun damage out with a double amulet as example.

I’m going to test it. At worse I could keep 29 land count and remove ssg for sunhome :).

Thanks for your reply, having explosives and PoN are still very strong insurance in mainboard.

Davius, I'm also having the idea that the deck must be 95% proactive on first game rather than having probably usefull card on the main deck.

I'm interested on playing the list without Sunhome. I've been trying a version with both cards.

I got use to the idea of having 2 amulet in play and the possibility of comboing with a single Titan and giving him double strike and swinging for 20.

Kessing in the other hand, provide the possibility to increase the dmg output of all our support creatures even plant tokens, which are great under ensnaring bridge.

I imagine the version with 2 trackers main, and no sunhome, to be more consistent and midrange, which turn to be a more mature version of the deck, but it can't have crazy oppressive Turn 2 or 3 wins. Being able to chain titans in most games is enough.

If you can explain the reach of the version I would appreciate.

Burn is a difficult matchup. Usually looking for a quick ramp hand on first game with an amulet get you the job done. Slmetkmes is not enough if they draw a too powerfull hand. They can finish us on turn 3 at best (for them).
I found in sideboarded games that they slow up a bit with paths, palm and DR. It is weird to take advantage to that, but possible. Still my best sided games against burn still resolve well for me when drawing Azusa-Ruric-Thragtusk and or Radiant fountain.

I dont find Balloth to be necessary for the matchup, I feel favored in a 60% (not statistically) against burn. Also Double Amulet with a counter to back up beat them any day :p

@fpawlusz. I get what you are saying.
When I fist pick the deck. I really copy some list and figure how to play. Which hands are better than others. Understand the sideboard games. Also did a lot of testing on cards like ranumap even academy ruins.

The idea I got When I assemble the deck and at the first tournaments. Was that this is a ramp midrange deck. But when I started to have a better feeling of the mechanics of deck, I realized on how important is to try to on game 1 being hyper aggressive and go for combo. During the game having options to avoid paying for summoners pact upkeep and or having stabilization options are also key to seal first games.

Regarding having 29 lands including kessing and ghost quarter main are possibilities. Many decks are waiting after you land a titan with a path to exile and most of the times you dont have ways to protect it. Plant/ Sakura/ Azusa becomes threaths when you attack with your titan and get wreck.

I also like the idea of second cavern but I dont have a 2nd one for the side :P.

The sideboard Of course is a customozation for local meta. There is a lot of bloodmoon decks. But 2 swans are very helpful when dealing with control decks enabling you to at least draw 1 and have a shield when you are doublestriking with your titan. Even avoid an Deflecting Palm.

Well thats it! I hope I explained myself.

    Happy Ramping!!!

Yesterday I went 3-0 at my LGS.

I'm getting confidant with de deck, making better mulli decisions and risking more or playing it at better tempo. Biggest improvements at my game is trying to delay the use of pacts to the turn I can keep the pressure on every turn.

About the list I played, It feels like an improvement having more explores and Kessig Wolf Trap and Ghost Quarter on main board.
Kessig and plant token, gives you the opportunity to win on the next turn you landed your titan, It follows the Idea I said before to keep the pressure up.

I really don't liked the tireless tracker on main, it is going to be replaced by 4th Explore.

Regarding the sideboard, I like 2 tireless tracker on the 75 and also 3 swans and 3 dismember, Don't know what to take away T_T!! advices are welcome!

I'm really sorry about my english... trying my best.

I also thought that would be good to have Tormod's Crypt in order to transmute into it, pushing to storm to deal with it. Although I wouldn't remove Ruric since is one of my key cards against burn. The addition of kessing wolf trap is nuts against them since they can't just chump block him and be fine =).

I guess, the best advice is to tokenize it and give it a try, o watch a lot of replays.

I bealive the deck is strong, but no match is an auto-win neither loose.

I play BURN and 8 rack and I find Amulet Titan to be my strongest deck.

    Hope it helps you.

I bealive you can start with 2 summoner's pact and have 4 tireless tracker main board. I agree SP are quite expensive right now...

@davius Great idea to have an working budget amulet titan deck.

@davious go for the stream! the previus series you did where very helpfull.

Amulet Titan is cool because it has so many 50/50 matchups that is hard to say the match is lost before it starts. Im sticking on it for the tournaments.

For now Im pushing the first match to be hard devoted on combo, I bealive is the better choice.

Anyone is still having Chalice of the Void in their 75??

I really like the idea of his list!

yesterday I got my best result on a tournament with the deck, ended up 11th place, 4-2, 3 mm17 boosters as price =D.
I lost 1 match due to bad luck purely, the other one was against Eldrazi & Taxes, the match was very complex for both, I ended up loosing but I could have won.

The decks I had beat where 1 bye (lol), 1 Burn (2-0), Gideon Zoo(2-1), Titanshift (2-1).

I had tested 2 cards that where not relevant into the matchups I won.
    2 Saheeli Rai
    2 Sentinel Totem

The sentinel helped a bit with the scry, but the matches I faced I wasn't relevant.

Saheeli Rai never show Up in one game I draw 2 on my initial hand and ended up mulligan due to ir was a 1 lander. I still bealive is a powerfull card, but requires more testing.

If I would change something in the deck I would take away saheeli in place of 2 roast. But I bealive in the combo capacity of the deck and the approach of increasing the combo capacity of the deck is a better idea.

One opponent thoght I had a <card>Sejiri Steppe</card>. I bealive it could fit I we go to the route 29 lands...

    Happy Ramping!!

I have a question regarding Azusa, lost but seeking, Amulet of Vigor and Lightning Bolt and ETB tapped Lands.

I don't know If this was asked before, but imagine the following situation:

I have azusa and an amulet in play. I'm about to cast my first land, and it is a tolaria west. Amulet triggers, and my opponent have a window to kill azusa with lightning bolt, and making the turn full of sadness.

    That's ok?

It is better to play untapped lands first to avoid this.

Sorry guys if this is too basic.

I just want to share a Turn 2 kill that I had on friday against my brother who plays Mardu Restore Balance. Deck that is really unfavored from my point of view.
I had to mulli to 6 due lack of lands.
My hand was: Gemstone Mine, Explorer, Azusa, Summoners pact, Selesnya S, Amulet.

    I was on the draw.

    T1: Draw explore. Gemstone- Sakura.

    T2. I draw forest.
    With gemstone I played Amulet.
Played two times selesnya sanctuary (bounce)to cast Azusa. 1 mana floating.

With Azusa I played 1 time. To cast explore.

Draw second amulet. From here I realized I was about to do the turn 2 kill.

I played the Amulet then generate 8 mana from Selesnya S due to double amulet triggers.

    Fetch for titan and etc...

I know I was stupidly lucky.

But I just draw almost all the 4of cards of the deck.
Never did a turn two kill before without summer bloom.

Sad for my brother, but he beat me a lot on the kitchen table games when I visit him lol.

    Regards!

Last week I went to my LGS to play double FNM with the following list.

I won against Esper Midrange, Burn, Lantern Control, Junk. And lose against Naya Zoo and Elves, against Elves I did a misplay, could have played Ugin but decided no because he was all untapped and played a Titan through a Pact. Ugin is a great addition to the deck, big threat and clean the board for us <3.

Against Zoo, was kind of overwelming the amount o creatures. I decided to remove 1 Kozilek's Return in order to add 1 firespout.

Hive Mind helped me to win at least 3 games against esper midrange, junk and burn. Is a great win con even in sideboard games if the opponent lack of green and or blue.

Against Lantern I managed to land a turn 3 Titan with amulet and scout in play, and Tracker did all the job on the second game.

I'm cool with the 2 explores and 2 relic, storm and GDS are still a thing here, I agree with Davius regarding the flex slots, It is up to the local meta.
