Hey all, a bit new to the site but I've been playing Mardu Pyro for about 3 months. Some thought on deck + about comments on last page :
1- I like the 5 cards split on Terminate/Dreadbore/Fatal Push . This is constantly changing for me (meta dependent). Since Tron and Jace are a bit popular at my local shop, I'm on a 2xterminate, 2xdreadbore, 1push (but 2 side).
2- I prefer having 2 Blood Moon main vs 1. It just gives you wins vs a lot of deck, even times when Blood Moon isn't suppose to be good (vs Burn, Affinity).
I never tried Manamorphose and I see some people who are playing 4 . This deck is hard to trim, feel that all card have a good purpose. At the same time, it looks like you are almost always happy to have Manamorphose in your hand or on a topdeck. Looking foward for some playtesting with the card + reading reports on this site!
Here is a super quick report of my last Modern tournament (3-1). I have a pretty stock list, will post it later.
Match 1 (vs Burn) 1-2
Game 1 : I manage pretty much all creature he plays, I'm at 3 for 2 turns, he never top deck the burn spell, I win.
Game 2 : Goblin Guide again on T1, hits me 2 times, and he get there with burn spells.
Game 3 : Top deck war again, I needed to dodge a burn spells on top deck mode for 2 turns, oops, GG
Thought - I would like 4 Collective Brutality in the 75(only play 3). The card is just sick for this match-up and is needed. Guess this match up is about 40-60 but Brutality is the hope
Match 2 (vs new Burn Player (with the real deck anyway)) 2-0
Game 1 : Opponent is mana screw for 2 turns, gives me enough times (and thanks brutality!)
Game 2 : Decided to keep 1 blood moon in the deck. I play it, Opponent is stuck with boros charm+helix in hands when needed a last burn spell.
Match 3 (vs GW Company Todd Stevens list)
Game 1 : 3 Voices is too much value, can't comeback.
Game 2 : I decided to keep 1 Blood Moon to stop the late game value he can get. I destroy the manadork, play BMoon on Turn 3, he never game white mana. Pyromancer+spells get me the win. He said he was surprise to see Blood Moon and didn't fetch anticipating it.
Game 3 : I 1 for 1 everything and a well timed Kolaghan's Command on a dork+EExplosives gives me the game (he was a bit mana screw.
Match 4 (vs Esper Control w/ 4 Jaces) 2-0
Game 1 : He taps out to play Jaces. He +2 to look at my top of library. ''WOW'' he says, Dreadbore ! Oops, the other one is in my hands ! I also land 1 turn later Blood Moon, and kill him with Tokens
Game 2 : Blood Moon gives him trouble again, he also land flood. GG. I guess i'ts risky to play 3 colors with Field of Ruins !
Thought - More than happy to play 2 dreadbore since our deck can't put lot of pressure on Jace.
Enough for today !

FlyingDelver posted a message on [Primer] Mardu (Dega/BWR) MidrangeIMO aggro decks are good matchups and tron is bad while attrition based matchups are even. Many people say Burn and Combo is bad, but I dont think so. Gerry even proved this by running no Dragon Claws and Kambal in his SB, which are both just unneccesary.Posted in: Modern Archives - Proven -

FlyingDelver posted a message on [Primer] Mardu (Dega/BWR) MidrangePosted in: Modern Archives - ProvenQuote from Froop91 »Surgical extraction can also shine against Vengevine and Dredge as well against many fringe decks (restore balance etc.). Even in "mirror" matchups against other midrange decks they can steal a bunch of goyfs or linegring souls.
Against Dredge and Vengevine yes. But I 100 % disagree in the midrange matchups. Thats actually what I wanted to say, the card is NOT here for that kind of matchup. Its incredible how much overboarded this card is. Midrange matchups are about card advantage and good topdecks. Its about attrition. Surgical does not affect the board whatsoever and is an incredibly bad topdeck. If I see people side it in against me to hit Souls I am 100% happy about it. I just let them topdeck the card later on when I already have my Souls Tokens on the field (With 5 mana you can just Souls + flashback without them being able to extract the card).
Dont bring in Surgical in atrition matchups. Its not card advantage if you extract something, its card disadvantage. Other midrange decks wont be shut down just because you extracted a threat. Its not gonna happen. And just think about the cases where you don't get to extract a threat, because they take your removal with their discard and strand you with a worthless surgical, while the threats on the board hit you. I had that so many times, people start to extract meaningless stuff like removal spells or just a fetchland to just do something with it. No I cannot stress enough how wrong that is. So pls don't do that!
Surgical is only here to be REALLY impactful. Thats also the reason I always refer to surgical as being a Combo hate, not a GY hate.
IF you want GY hate in midrange mirrors (like in the actual mirror or against 5c DS) then just bring in Spellbomb. It never is a bad topdeck because it cantrips. -

tw0_fac3 posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanWill be playing the deck again next week. Sold the deck to a friend and was kind enough to sell it back to me since he wants to foil the deck! Curious about the Tectonic Edge on some lists. I guess that's just to trick Valakut but seems too slow against Tron - anyone else care to share what it's for?Posted in: Big Mana

Deck felt great, matchups against Creature based decks are very easy, control manageable due to discard and Tron can be beaten with BM. Hazoret is just amazing, would totally run her again in my list. I did always win when she came down. -

JaceToTheFace posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanAww, PuntThenWhine is playing but not streaming. Saw him crush the TeamLotusBox guys on twitch.Posted in: Big Mana
I went 3-0-1 tonight drawing with W lifegain and beating U/W control, B/W Eldrazi, and Elves. Brief match reports if anyone is interested:
The W lifegain deck I assumed was just Soulsisters and didn't really play against it optimally. G1 I got him with multiple Titans on T4 while he was stuck on 2 mana. Traded an Azusa and a Lotus Bloom for 2 Koz Return. G2 he had a Serra Ascendant out T1 into T2 Martyr Of Sands revealing a Hand full of Oblivion Rings and Path to Exile. The 6/6 life linker beat on me for a bit until I got Hornet Queen out with the help of a Lotus Bloom and started swinging back. I couldn't decide between trying to win or just stalling the round. Eventually he Wrathed the board and then Played 3 Squadron Hawks and started beating on my meager 2 life. A few Radiant Fountain bounces kept my life total reasonable but 4 Path's were incredibly tough to fight through. Even with one Titan out I could only swing for 22 damage before he hit me for lethal with 30 seconds left in the round. We drew a couple openers and I mulled down to 4 looking for something that could kill on or before T3. No luck and his deck had no way to get me before then so it was a draw. I was definitely not focused enough in the second game and thought I should just run away with things after the first Titan.
U/W control seems like a matchup that might pose some troubles, especially before SB. I lost the first game to 3 mana Gideon beats with tons of Path, Snaps, and Field of Ruin. In came Cavern of Souls, Mortuary Mire, Bojuka Bog, and Ramunap Excavator. G2 I drew my second Amulet on T3, and played it into a Mana Leak which I then Pact of Negation'd. With an Explore, Gruul Turf, and Titian in hand that was lethal (assuming Mirrorpool). G3 I transmuted for a Cavern on T2 and then he used Detention Sphere on my Amulet. I wasn't playing the Thrun tonight because I thought no one was on control. I believe I EE'd a Search for Azcanta that was about to flip. After that an uncounterable Tracker into an uncounterable Azusa drew a bunch of cards and I basically knew the game was over. A Titan was played, followed by a Wrath, followed by gratuitous use of Mortuary Mire and eventually 2 Titans and a Tracker getting hit by Settle the Wreckage (keep this card in mind!). Another Summoner's Pact was in hand along with Slayer's on the field and that was enough for lethal.
B/W Eldrazi is a deck that feels like it can rarely win. Our 6/6 just towers over all their creatures. Their best hope is T2 TKS into Smashers and Path. My opponent never had that god hand and I played a fairly benign T4 Titan choosing to get more Summoner's Pacts and just worked through all his removal. I think the second game was double Amulet in my opening hand with the requisite pieces and I swung for 27 on T2.
Elves scared the ***** out of me. In G1 my opponent basically dumped his hand on T2, then cast running Collected Company. Multiple Shaman of the Pack hits took off 8 and 9 chunks of life and then creature beats finished it. In came the Kozilek's Return... G2 I played EE for 1 on T1 then my opponent Thoughtseized my Azusa away. That was confusing. Next turn I just developed my mana with an Explore and my opponet played out two mana dorks (I assume he was baiting my EE explosion which I happily obliged). I ripped a Tracker off the top and played that and started drawing cards while my opponent rebuilt. A Turn later I had Azusa, and another turn later I drew a Summoner's Pact and had about 6 clues in play. Chaining a couple 6/6's while drawing extra cards was enough to finish the game. In the final game I kept a Kozilek's Return, Tolaria West, Temple of Mystery, Crumbling Vestige + 2 Titans and a Summoner's Pact. My plan was to get the Kozilek's Return off on T3, hopefully before a second lord had made it out. Temple of Mystery kept a Gruul Turf on top, and I played it T2 to avoid being reliant on Crumbling vestige for my colors. My opponent ended up Chording for an Archdruid which was likely the wrong play as it also prevented him from attacking while leaving his guys at 2/2 and I untapped and wrathed his board. 2 Turns later I had a Titan out and cruised to another win. Not a single amulet was drawn in this round.
I really want to buy the deck online. I'm something like 18-2-2 over the last few weeks at my LGS but obviously a few of the opponents aren't playing solid T1 decks. Having said that, I've had my share of matches and practice against Storm, Death's Shadow, Affinity, Burn, ETron, etc. and all feel strongly to slightly in our favor in a 3 Game match. I've beaten Burn roughly 5 times in a row now. Affinity/Death's Shadow/Storm are the closest to 50/50 and should probably comprise the majority of our sideboard decisions. Dismember feels reasonable against all of them and I may be putting it back in the SB (for a while I simply thought that anything dismember could kill could also be blocked by a Titan, but that's obviously not the case against Evasion, creatures that never attack, and creatures that grow huge very quickly). Baloth has continued to impress in the main, delaying games where life is needed and sniping Lili's and Thoughtseizes when the opportunity presents itself. It's still hard to say what the flex slots should be between Slaughter Pact (creates certain land requirements), Ballista (slow but insane in some games), Tracker (usually feels total unnecessary but super fun). Baloth and Hornet Queen are imo MB slots that just win games over and over. Upping Serum Visions/Explore helps with finding pieces while executing the gameplan (get lands into play), but every time I add the 3rd and 4th Explore I draw clunky hands without enough lands + multiple Explore.
Wow, this ended up way longer than I expected. Hope you guys have a happy new year. I can't wait for this deck to get some pros on board and maybe have it spike a tournament. I know that if anywhere near as many people were playing Amulet as are on any of the other big 5 it would have won something by now. -

geedemorris posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanI think the burn matchup is pretty decent though if you want to improve it you could change the kozilek’s return in the board into pyroclasm. Recall is basically just for affinity, but generally wins you the game when you cast it. I said on stream yesterday that I plan to cut it for an ancient grudge since I think I want grudge vs eldrazi tron.Posted in: Big Mana -

fpawlusz posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanToday I fired up modo for the first time in 2 weeks. Of course, I ran a Comp League with Amulet. I changed my list a bit based on the latest lists that I'd been seeing from Snyder and puntthenwhine's. I added a 1 of Dismember in the main, which I switched for the 4th Explore. Honestly, it might just be correct to run 1/2 Dismembers, in the current meta having the random out to drawing removal feels nice. I know it's bad against Scapeshift and stuff, but I even randomly drew it vs BG Tron, and it won me the game, allowing me to attack through a World Breaker in a key turn. What I changed in the board was adding a second Pact of Negation. My MD was basically Snyder's, plus 1 Explore, minus 1 Dismember. So my sb was:Posted in: Big Mana
1 Pact of Negation
2 Swan Song
1 Dismember
2 Kozilek's Return
1 Reclamation Sage
2 Tireless Tracker
1 Thragtusk
1 Hornet Queen
1 Ruric Thar
1 Cavern of Souls
1 Tectonic Edge
1 Engineered Explosives
Round 1 played against Infect. Game 1 they mull to 5... still completely destroy me. Drawing a Dismember here would have been nice. I had a turn 4 Titan with U pact backup... he killed me on turn 3. Game 2 he didn't mull... aka I lost even worse. This mathup is as bad now as it always was.
Round 2: RG Tron. This is where the random MD dismember gave me game 1. I kept a terrible hand, but in one turn he had the option of breaking my World. He opted for play Ostone and crack to kill my Azusa and Tribe Scout (bad bad misplay...) I proceed to draw a Titan in the right turn, I titan him and fetch bounceland/GQ, destroy their Tron and it snowballs from there. I keep attacking with Titan and he eventually manages to get Tron back online and plays world breaker. I attack and he blocks, I shrink the Breaker, and then next turn HE DOESNT BRING IT BACK. Following turn he taps out and I bojuka bog it away. We come to a point where I die only to Ulamog, but can beat everything else. He doesn't have it. Game 2 was much more straight forward, and GQ, Tec Edge, Vesuva copy Tec Edge get me there with ease, even without Amulet. There was a lot of punting from both sides, but I managed to punt less than them
Round 3: Storm. This game I simply drew great. He didn't have interaction and no kill on turn 3, but I didn't find a Titan. He spends his turn 3 killing Azusa... I topdeck Titan (with U pact backup) and take it from there thanks to Amulet. Game 2 he combos, womp womp... Game 3 was interesting... I manage to resolve a Titan with Amulet, and I fetch Bog and Vesuva (copying a bounceland) and bouncing Vesuva itself. This allows me to have 1 of 3 pieces of interaction: I can use a Vesuva I bounced with my Tribe Scout to either make U mana and flash in another in my upkeep to pay for both green AND blue pact, I can also flash in that Vesuva to copy a forest I fetched with my Titan attack trigger to play around BM (he's playing fetches, so I suspect he has it) or I can use vesuva to copy at instant speed a Bog that I also fetched with Titan Trigger to exile his yard. In his turn he starts going off, and I discard his rituals off his Gift piles. He grapeshots for 6, killing my scout, and I am given the choice. After tanking for a minute, I end up going for eating his yard with Bog, which allows me to play around Remand, but leaves me dead to Blood Moon. I bit the bullet, close my eyes...... and he concedes. Guess I chose correctly
Round 4: Bant Company. He doesn't draw (or doesn't play) Mindcensor, so it's pretty straight forward. Notable things: Game 1, he used a path on my Tracker... ramping me and allowing me to Titan. Man, do I love Tracker Game 2 He plays Mirran Crusader, which I wasn't expecting. Fortunately, I have Ballista and K Return!... But he has Unified Will... Game 3: Turn 3 KReturn eats his board after I ramp up to 5 mana with Tribe Scout. I titan turn 3. Turn 4 he's holding up 3 mana, but lets me attack and resolve a Trigger. I was again expecting mindcensor, so I resolved the trigger, he doesn't do anything, and at that point I suspect Queller, so I fetch a second Green pact on my 2nd main. He paths my Titan at EOT, and I Green pact in response, playing around Unified Will cause I have more dudes than him, and Queller, cause he doesn't have 3 mana. He untaps and concedes.
Round 5: UR Twin. Back to a classic battle! basically, he doesn't draw Blood Moon, so I get to do whatever I want. Also, post board, the second Cavern proves quite handy.
All in all, the deck felt awesome! Perfect way to get back into it after a while of not playing. The online meta kinda makes me want to go back to 2 Dismembers main, since it was useful in basically every matchup. Besides that, I felt like 3rd Tracker was a bit overkill. After watching Puntthenwhine's stream, I kinda want to try Mortuary Mire, so that'll be my next step. Besides that, the deck felt solid, and only lost to unwinnable matchups or pretty bad draws (or just getting got.) Will try to play some more and share experiences! -

geedemorris posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanHey, I’m PuntThenWhine on mtgo and I was actually formerly ChrisofPi before switching accounts due to changing PayPal accounts. I have had people tell me the past 2 years how bad lotus bloom and hive mind are in this deck. I can say with my current list I have a 76% match win ratio after 80 league matches and both of those cards have certainly pulled their weight. Not trying to tell you what to do, but those are just the facts. Also, if you want to talk about the deck or get proof I am who I say I am you can tweet at me at @puntthenwhine on Twitter. I’ll probably use that account to announce a twitch stream of the deck sometime in the next few weeks.Posted in: Big Mana -

fpawlusz posted a message on [Primer] Amulet TitanI'm a Swan Song kind of guy. It's a card I really want in most control/combo matchups, and it's the one that counters moon the best.Posted in: Big Mana
@Talgardo : I honestly don't think 3rd Dismember is the way to. And if it is the way to go, it's definitely not because of the Junk matchup. There you just want to throw down threat after threat, and eventually overwhelm them. Basically it's just a matter of your opp playing Goyfs while you're playing Hornet Queens... I know which side had the biggest chance there The Dismembers are there for the creature combo matchups (Vizier/Druid combo), Spell Quellers and Storm. I bring in Dismembers in the Junk Matchup, but mostly because they're better than Amulets and Stirrings and SSG and 3rd (and in my case 4th) Azusa. If you want to REALLY win the Junk matchup with removal, the card you want is Explosives. Now THAT one is a blowout.
I used to run Chalice off the board, but found that usually in the matchups you want it they're bringing in some kind of artifact hate. Also, the matchup where it was at it's best was Storm, and current iteration of Storm are just faster than they used to be, so they kill us before we get to drop the Chalice...
On another note, Puntthenwhine 5-0d again with the actual Amulet BLOOM list again! I wonder if this list is just the truth right now! - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

I have another question!
I'm returning to 8 rack and I have issues against burn. What advice can you give to me?
1 Bontu's Last Reckoning
1 Infernal Tutor
2 Funeral Charm
4 Fatal Push
4 Liliana of the Veil
4 Smallpox
4 Wrench Mind
3 Inquisition of Kozilek
3 Raven's Crime
1 Black Mail
2 Thoughtseize
4 Shrieking Affliction
1 Ghost Quarter
4 Mutavault
1 Polluted Delta
13 Swamp
4 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
3 Leyline of the Void
2 Ratchet Bomb
3 Fulminator Mage
1 Shadow of Doubt
1 Flaying Tendrils
2 Collective Brutality
1 Bontu's Last Reckoning
2 Surgical Extraction
My strategy is to try to hit an early collective brutality. I use to win with Nyxiathid but now Im still calibrating my play.
Regards!

Academy Ruins and double E.E. looks powerfull and you are able be really control-like deck.
Kessing Wolf Run fight it's place with slayers' stronghold, I don't know if running both is worth. Sometimes you can't give your titan haste, and KWR can deal more damage next turn you landed your Titan. Playing both could worth, but requires some testing.
I do like 3 Dismembers although.

finished very poorly 1-5.
Faced Lantern control, won very quick the first game, second game was controlled by my opponent very early. At third game I kept an slow hand, that cost me the match.
2nd round, faced instant reanimator (lost 0-2) he comboed me on turn 3 both times. Should have look for the Cage more aggresively.
3rd round, stomped affinity, that was satifying. (2-0)
4th round, faced dreadge (lost 0-2). Should have look for the Cage more aggresively. Even that is is a hard matchup. I still think that mulligan more aggresively is key.
5th round, faces eldrazi tron (0-2). On this match I can argue that the deck give me 9 lands. Should have mulligan better.
In second game he was able to remove from my hand the traitorius blood that a drew from bomat off my hand. Are you kidding me??
6th round, faced eggs. Won first game, second game he comboed on his fourth turn. third game he was able to combo on his third turn.
During the tournament I realize how important is to mulligan well in a deck that is practical an aggro combo deck maybe it is more resilent than affinity. The lack of practices on big tournaments affected the game of course. I strongly think that if I would mulligan better the result should have been at least 4-2. But this deck doesn't have enough tools to interact. It is a good deck at his nature.
I'll keep playing it but I'm thinking in not bringing it to another big tourny... It is how I feel guys sorry.
Sideboard went like this:
keep the aggro going!!!
1
I like to include 1 Fling no make sure he finish the job

1st round vs UW Control (2:1)
1st game: I keep the pressure until I won.
2nd game: he controlled my game very well. With swipes etc.
3rd game: He couldnt swipe my creatures. I draw 6 cards due to Bomat, and won.
2nd round vs GB Tron (2:1)
1st game: quick win.
2nd game: sided in genesis chamber and destructive and fatal push. He started with IoK. Then collective brutality. Then tragstusk(??) couldnt recover from there.
3rd game: same side as before, but managed to win. He played one wurmcoil. I killed it when he attacked. With CB He killed a signal pest and Drainlife instead of discard my atarka. And I won on next turn with bushwacker and atarka.
3rd round vs Bant Eldrazi (2:1)
This matchup was really hard, thr guy played well and I did some clear miss plays.
1st game: I have in my hand 1 woodedfoothills, Ornithopter, kukdota, signal pest. Goblin guide. Bomat and atarka. I keep the hand and played the signal pest. This play cost me the game. Because i didnt draw a land until 3rd turn. I think I should have played the ornithopter and then the kuldotha. In order to star hitting with 5 on second turn. The he got plebty of timw to assemble and wkn this one.
2nd game: i sided in 2 destructive and 3 chamber and 2 gutshots. Started with gutshot. Then the game progressed until I won fairly quick.
3rd game: he did't draw explosives. And went really oppressive on the aggro. I casted 2 genesis chamber and bomat was very important on giving me draws. I end the game with 6 3/1 tokens plus other dudes.
In conclusion the deck is really good at surprising people with the pants down. It is super aggro. But my concern still exist regarding the concistency of the deck.
The configuration of my mainboard it's solid. 10 fetches 2 shocks 3 mountains and 3 cooperline worked fine. I got 1 arid mesa standing there hanging around. But im unsure if it is a signal to add another stomping instead of one cooperline.
Regarding the sideboard:
3 destructive revelry. This sould be 4 and I even would add one Shattering Spree. (+2)
4 gutshot. Even i didn't fight against affinity or infect. The spell worked well agains bant eldrazi.
2 coordinates assault. Never saw play because neve encountered zoo, fish, etc.
3 G.Cage: this one never saw play. I played it against UW control but wasn't able to impact the table.
3 Genesis Chamber. All stars card. Standing Ovation.
The only think I fear with this deck is the massive lifegain. Atarka helps but a kitche finks or a deck with timmely reinforcement can be tricky.
I've been think kn adding Lyline of Punishment. Maybe this would work well but should be 3 copies to bein able to draw it...
I'm trying to make this deck as competitive as possible. I'm open to discuss.
1
Regarding your Narnam Problem I've been thinking of using 2 Coordinated Assault in place of Grull Charm, to win the combats in an sneaky way. I only own 1, so it is going to be 1 Coordinated Assault and 1 Atarka's Command in the sideboard.
Today I'll be playing at my LGS, so I'll report later. Also I'm going to use 10 red fetches, 3 mountains, 3 cooperline, 2 stomping ground.
2
4 Legion Loyalist
4 Burning-Tree Emissary
4 Reckless Bushwhacker
4 Goblin Bushwhacker
4 Bomat Courier
4 Signal Pest
3 Ornithopter
4 Memnite
4 Atarka's Command
4 Kuldotha Rebirth
5 Mountain
2 Copperline Gorge
2 Stomping Ground
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Bloodstained Mire
4 Destructive Revelry
3 Genesis Chamber
2 Impact Tremors
2 Act of Aggression
First Round against Isotronic UB Control. (2-0) Won on turn 3 both games, I didn't touch the MB.
Second Round, against GW Tron (2-1). First game was easy. Second game I Sided out 2 BTE and added 2 Act of Aggression. He draw 2 timmely reinforcements reaching 22 life on turn 5. Then he casted a Wurmcoil Engine and in the following turn a Ugin. He was unable to gain life with wurmcoil because I had 2 atarka's command, I was keeping an Act of aggression in my hand to end the thing, but He was too high on life (9 life). I scooped but fought bravely !!
Third game I start with an amazing hand and finished the game on turn 4.
Third Round against Grixis Control. (1-2)I Won first game. Second Game I draw 2 genesis chamber, and he draw 2 kolaghans Command. I took also an Anger of the Gods, and wasn't able to recover. Third Game I sided in an Act of Aggression but it never shown. He beat me when I had him at 3 life with Dragon's Claw.
Fourth Game against Death's Shadow deck (2-1). I keept a one lander on the play, and loose because of it, never draw the second land. Second game, (Sided out 1 Kuldota and 1 BTE, Sided in 2 Act of aggression) I plain attacked him, he stopped decreasing his life at 2 and cleared my board with kolaghand's and attacked. Leaving me at 3 life. Next turn I draw a Goblin Bushwacker 4 the win. Third game He used 1 TS and 2 Inquisitions. I had quite an army on the field, a reckless bushwacker on my hand and two lands on play. He attacked me and I was on 3, he stopped lowering his life at 8, because with my current army I was unable to beat him. I draw a cooperline gorge casted the reckless (only haste) and win. After the match he argue me that I was lucky and I didn't take the best decisions, He was right (and a bit pissed). I played blindly, but top decks are topdecks B-).
Regards! (sorry for my english)

Strangleroot Geist and Witchstalker carried the victory. won the first. sided in 2 relic and 1 pulse of murasa (this card allowed me to play Witchstalker again after it was killed by EE. In the second game grixis deck worked perfectly and couldn't do much. The last match a combination of defensive Vines and Rancor won with Leatherback Baloth.
Second game was against Merfork and was wierd because First game I got mana screwed (greedy hands are greedy keept a mulligan to 6 1 lander). 0-1. Sided out 3 Aspects and 1 Dismember and sided in 2 Natural State and 2 Prey Upon. Second game he wasn't able to have a land on their hand until mulligan 4 and I steamroll his fishy creatures. and the third one I draw a hand kind of nasty with 1 Natural State 2 vines 1 experiment one 3 lands and 1 root.
Third Game was against Grixis Control. Won the first game due to the root, and second game I got Anger of God's twice, I hold my root until he played anger, then I played the root, and he angered again. Then he played the delve guy (dont remember the name) on my turn (having 4 lands) I played Leatherback Baloth with a Vines and dismember on my hand. passed turn. he passed turn too. on my turn i played dismember with 3 mana open in case of manaleak, it resolved (he anwered with his hability and draw the goblin cmc5, then I played kicked vines and won.
Overall I'm not sure if eternal withness would be better than pulse of murasa, but the effect of that sideboard card was very nice.
I copy the sideboard from the forum and Im happy with it. (thanks to Khanth).
