    Player A has Ugin, the Spirit Dragon with 9 counters on it. He removes 6 of the counters to exile all colored permanents with converted mana cost 6 or less (the second ability). While the ability is on the stack player B, using a Hex Parasite, removes 4 counters from Ugin, leaving Ugin with 5 counters. How does Ugin's ability resolve?

    Can Daxos of Meletis be used in a Commander deck that has another blue and white legendary as the commander or can it only be used with a five color commander?
