Uh... cant believe I overlooked that brago is conspiracy.
Blink is interesting and I may well fill some of the freed up slots with it. Dont know if It beats out ghostly flicker on the efficiency front, but I think ill consider it over cloudshift.
There are a few cards that could carry over, certainly and the theme certainly could coincide with a more controlling build of this deck. I like ghost quarters but they make mana tight, in a deck that likes to have double white T3 and double blue T4 (and my mana base isnt excellent right now
Aether vial and resto would be awesome but they're a little pricy. I might see what I can do about a couple restos.
Edit; Lol completely missed akroma. Think Ill throw her in a a one of finisher. Nice to have an uncounterable way to do that... probably pretty deadly to do T4 as well.
Edit 1 (3/12);
-4 Brago - (Oh wait, hes conspiracy).
+1 Momentary blink - (Nice to mix it in with the other flickers, nice to have options. Versatile).
+2 Negate - (Board wipe hate).
+1 Akroma - (Seems a great finisher/threat).
Edit 2 (11/12);
-2 Glimmerstag - (Feels very clunky next to blink spells and Fwisp while not having as mcuch impact value).
-2 Ponyback - (Not as strong as whirler rogue, board impact too slow.).
+2 ORing - (After playing a number of games, deck feels to slow to have less than a full 8 removal spells).
+2 Dispel - (Deck feels weak to blink targets being removed.).
-1 Plains - (Needs more blue).
+1 Island - (Easier blue.)
This is a new deck that I've been working on for a little while now which centers around the interaction between cards that flicker (Brago, Wisp etc) and cards with etb triggers, specifically focusing on overunning my opponent with tokens (Ponyback Brigade, Whirler Rogue). The deck is still at a very early stage right now but seems well positioned against spot removal and more non interactive decks in testing so far. It does however need help. The deck IS a very budget construction, with only a couple of expensive cards I already had in my collection (The whole deck has costed less than the set of paths im trying to avoid purchasing :P). So with that in mind I would very much appreciate advice and suggestions on the improvement of the deck but more specifically;
Hi all, ive been playing mtg for about 6 months, just designed my first serious deck and could do with some advice. Not looking for the best deck around, just something viable and so have designed this list. The deck is built around the abzan outlast mechanic, and id like to keep it centred around that. On another note, id rather not spend ridiculous amounts of money on this So heres the list that I have and am using ATM (img attached as well;
Main goal of the deck is to try and get a nice field with some counters to make it bigger, try and have some first strike/flying/deathtouch. Main problem im having is that it cant really cope with the creatures dying very well. All tips appreciated! Thx in advance for ur help.

- Finding a few spots for Cloudshift and maybe another copy or two of Ghostly Flicker
- Early game action / resiliency. Thr deck tendss to have a hard time recovoring from my opponents strong tempo starts.
- Fitting in counterspells or other solutions for field wipes.
- Sideboard construction.
Thank you very much for your help :).
@Hiss, I made and printed them myself... I just put paper in the sleeves over the cards themselves.
@FettPett, thx very much, will prolly put some in an updated list.
@Scribe, Ill think about it, only problem i see with it is the fact that it has to be 3 different creatures.
@Hoser, very helpful thx, will definitely touch up mana base and take a closer look at ancestor and captain.
Updated list coming soon!
@Jbeachum where do i check?
@fettpett, ill look into it
Thx all
