I'm going to be getting back into Heirloom and I'd love to test brews rather then goldfish/play both sides of a MU once in a while. PM me here or on MTGO it's yndrby
Planning to have this available as a curve-ball choice in a FNM environment. Have you fog-pilots formed opinions on Sphinx's Tutelage or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy? Jace seems to have good synergy with Ojutai's Command and generates huge value not only in recurring CA engines like DTT or his own ingenuity, but simultaneously milling with Tutelage.
Likely Grindclock and Tutelage both belong in the 75, as Tugelage turns on probably 3-4 turns after you'd want GC resolved.
I don't like Illusory Angel or Hewed Stone Retainers as they are awkward and don't hit nearly as often as you want them too unless you hold back on needed aggro in an Ensoul Artifact + Ghostfire Blade shell. You need to wait until turn 4 to cast it (usually), and by then there is a good chance you want to be resolving something else or would rather have some other source of burn/answer in your hand.
Overall, the sideboard is useless and needs a lot of work. As I see U/R Robots, the main deck should aim to synergize ramping into Scuttling Doom Engine + Shrapnel Blast and applying pressure with Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter/Darksteel Citadel, desperate in an attempt to win as early as possible. The sideboard you have now just offers weaker alternatives to the same strategy and I can't think of a match-up where I'd be helped by the inclusion of a almost unplayable 3 drop that comes out as a 4/4 without evasion.

Lightning Strike is a 4-of in the 75, in my opinion, unless you enjoy being dominated by Goblin Rabblemaster. Daring Thief has seen play in this sort of deck as well at the 3-slot. Bident of Thassa fits well with Renowned Weaponsmith as does Hall of Triumph. Possibly even Hammer of Purphoros

I would stress a more reactive shell in the board. Perhaps more control or more enablers. Disdainful Stroke, Negate, Ætherspouts, Icy Blast, Magma Spray, Wild Slash, Roast, Silumgar Sorcerer.. even Encrust, Singing Bell Strike or Encase in Ice. Answers to things the main board cannot deal with unless you have access to a Shrapnel Blast, of which you have only 4.
