Took ad nauseam to scg invitational. Matchups for modern as follows:

    --- Day 1 ---
    Jund
    Jund (L)
    Jund
    Merfolk (L)
    --- Day 2 ---
    Mardu Lily/Nahiri (L)
    Bant Eldrazi
    Jund (L)
    Jund (L)

    So that sucked.

Merfolk got me cause game 3 he had triple cursecatchers. Other losses I tried to fight hard but Lily kept coming down or otherwise they had discard/artifact removal. Was expecting a bit more aggro. Oh well.

    Jeesus, hell for Nauseam.

If they will ban Dredge, i will quit. We need at least one GY deck in our tier1. Why not? Hate still borrow Dredge deep and i think if Dredge deserves ban, then Affinity and Infect deserve it too.

I don't think they will ban Dredge although I would have nothing against if they did because it's just a stupid deck that requires you to be faster than it or to have gy hate to beat it. If you have slower deck gy hate is the only way to beat it, without it there's no hope and even this isn't always enough.

Also I don't see a reason why would we need gy deck in tier 1.

Sure, we want another awesome jund, junk, bank, mank, dunk in tier1 and we all be okay. Standard-like crap ftw.

It's definitely better to have interactive deck like Jund than some linear deck like Dredge that requires you to draw your piece of gy hate in order to beat it and if you don't you're just dead unless you play super fast deck that can race it but there are very few decks that can.

Sure. Lets kill all fast decks and combos. And format will be very interactive. Like standard.

Its interesting, that fourth MTGO daily in a row they're no any dredge in 5-0 lists.

I'm trying to fix this but I keep going 4-1

Hey! What do you think about future of Dredge? Is it overpowered? Russian mtg community all as one say that this deck will get ban. What do you think?

Looks like guys from MTGO league now know how to rip off dredge. Second daily without any dredge in top's.
Ps. 50% of SB is GY-hate tho.

After SCG results they are many conversations about fairness of this deck. Reddit, my LGS's etc. Many people think that this deck is not fair and very strong. As Ross said too, that "pilot of this deck can do many missplays, but still win". I think the future of modern dredge is not shiny. Its a pity.

Playmats almost done for you all. Should make life alot easier to play dredge with. Its based off what lief long dredge players in legacy and vintage do to speed through it.

As far as ease of winning... right now is sorta the golden time for dredge. Its got the cards to be tier one (and the stats now, check out our rank) but people havent prepped for it. So grave hate is light as hell. Plus most people dont know how it works, thus playing into stuff like conflag wipes, or not leaving blockers at main phae 2 haunted dead- prized algorythm.

When we get the the point people get the cards, and know to have hate... likely aftet the next big paper event with pros, then well see stuff like the 1 of milled cards become.way more important.

Yes, the hate will be huge problem, but i think that dredge is pretty consistent deck and it will can play around it. To be honest i'm happy to see the true grave deck in T1.

I have been on dredge for a little bit but I am thinking I am going to return to LE for my next few competitive events. I find LE has a few more answers and is more consistent. Just to catch up I have been running 4 simians and seeing great results with them I assume the concensus is they are still viable in the deck? My mainboard atm consists of 2 faerie macabes and no ingot chewers or shriekmaws, what do others think about that? I run 2/2 split of ingot chewers and krosans grip I really like grip for relic of progentitus. I am running no enchantment hate at all in my 75 should I be? and if so which cards are options?

God no. LE is pretty solid deck, but its stable tier2 deck no less no more. Dredge now absolutely tier1 and its more consistent, don't have near unwinable matches like Storm and Burn, like LE has.
So, sure its your choice, but no, LE is not more stable and for sure not more consistent.

@iloverin - dredge doesn't break turn 4 rule and it's easy hateable so why Wizards should do anything with it? If affinity is still full legal we shouldn't be afraid.

Just afraid, coz this deck very fast coming from t3 to t1. Maybe you're right. To be honest, now i have dead Twin deck and i don't wanna this stuff happen again.

Hello, comrads. What do u think about how fair this deck is? Last month 10%+ of MTGO meta, always have 5-0 and top8 at paper.
Do you think Wizards will like such deck in modern for a long time? I mean many creatures for no mana, explosive hands, t2 10+ power onboard.
I like this deck so much, but i'm afraid...
