The End of an Era

    Half man half machine,
You'd think I was the one who invented silence.
    On the edge of sleep,
    Static slides across the television,
Reminds me of your wind chime voice.

    Dire dreams, of my life...
    Or lack there of.
    Obscuring sense of self.
    Is it sentient?
    Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are dead.

    i reel
    in a scent
    of brine
    for a spell of time
    and time again
    i am-
    forever sleeping
    drifting toward tomorrow
    this day,
    those days,
    like nowadays;
    is just a fleeting image
    in the crux of things..

    Dear You,
    Why do you, do
    the things a harlot does?
    Because i love you,
    like tea from Long Island
    and smiles from Chelsea
In my dreams i've done the deeds of-
    Teeth
    A bare handed bludgeon
on the bridge in London that's always
    falling down.
    and please,
    oh please
    oh please
    i beg and beseech you
    cast away your callous condolences.

    You’re a metaphor
    In the shape
    Of a shovel
    Meant to bury
    The hatchet.

    RE: I rescind. After much
    Deliberation, it seems to me
    You rather resemble-

    A simile
    In the shape
    Of a
    Sidewinder missile
    Meant to
    Wipe
    Away
    The world
    We knew.

    Do you remember the day
    That everyone was
    Dead or dumb?
    That cat whose ninth life
    lived out on tilt
    A Story time sovereign
    Tells ancient anecdotes
    Full of jaded jokes
And left hooks crammed with quarters
    Proselytizing on the soap box
    Wondering why his sign language
    Always falls on deaf ears
With a suitcase full of silver trophies
    So polished they'd blind you

although your list looks solid, does it compare to the IGG lists? turn 1 mind twist still seems good. it seems as though IGG decks got piled with SI's in the fact that AdN outclasses thier engines.

there are color combinations, there are hate draft, bombs, things with evasion, and removal. all which have different pick order when you open a pack.

2 fundamentals of drafting are: speed and consistancy. the faster you can kill your opp, the better. and at what rate you can do it by multiple games.

that being said, there are specific cards to help with this. FLYERS! flyers flyers flyers. you can never ever have enough flyers. 2 drop 2 power flyers are the easiest way to get ahead of your opp. and how this pairs with consistancy, is.. have as many as you can get.

    hope that helps.

harms way is a better card sure, but it does not fall under the commons slot.

@ visco. yea it really just comes down to preference. i prefer to only have guys that CAN/WILL turn sideways if i need them to. not to say that the wall of frost isnt the best wall of the set, or that it doesnt have overwhelming board pressence. it IS a better card but they both have purpose.

i looked at the other draft you posted. i realllyyy dont like pikemaster over gargoyle castle. i think you overvalue him.
