I agree that hightide would be pretty high up the list. It's just that consistent. classic storm seems like it could be hated out and fought against by decks like delver and classic MBC. Hymn and sink hole are good, what a shock right?
I also wouldn't ever sell affinity short. I think it would be the only aggro deck to be tier 1.5 unless you consider infect aggro, which I personally do not. Some of the newer tools out there that get overlooked like vault skirge let affinity buy more turns against combo decks. It still wouldn't help all that much against high tide though.
UR cloudpost would be a bit slow against most decks listed above, but I would think a different, faster or more controlling version would spring up. I'm curious what it might look like, because 8 post is a viable deck in formats like legacy. Not top tier, but not unplayable.
What I am sort of surprised about is that Delver keeps a T1 ranking. I've never played a delver list with frantic search so maybe that brings more to the table than I know.
All that said, I'd love to see more lists for some of these. I bet there is a really powerful delve list out there that would be pretty competitive and I'm just not clever enough to think of it.
So, every card that has ever been a common anywhere at any time. No ban lists. What does the meta look like? What are the top 6 decks. What would you play?
