I know it's unlikely but what if it turns all basic lands you control into gates in addition to their other types, as opposed to tutoring them. Like I said, highly unlikely, but would raise it to mythical status for me.
To me it looks more like WoW art than MtG anyway. I think the point thats being missed is that its what the women are doing as opposed to how theyre dressed. they look like the goblins their pimp and thats not an image wotc wants to support.
For the promos: OP says that those cards are a pretty small incentive to buy the comics, but I think otherwise. If they prove to be on a very limited print run, they may become really hard to find and have high value based on scarcity only.
That said, the only one that interests me so far is Electrolyze.

Someone pointed out that Avacyn's outfit is different between the two images we have of her, but if you look closely, the only difference is the colour. The same rope/belt loops are there, the leather armour is the same... just the colour is black instead of blue and pink.
I was thinking this as well but one more thing. Shes backlit, causing the black appearance of the clothes. The skirt thats flapping upward has a light hue on the top edge where the light would hit it.
"Other?" You have Nissa, Sorin (mostly), Kiora (when she arrives), Ajani, Nicol Bolas, and by this point, Tezzeret.
Compared to the Venser, Koth, Elspeth, Gideon, Jace, sarkhan, Lilli, and Garruk for Human walkers. You may notice that one you factor in that Venser is dead, that's even between human/non human. Depending on how you count Tezz and Sorin, there are 2-3 more Human than non-human walkers. Not bad.
Seriously, this entire conversation is stupid. A little under half of all the new walkers aren't human, why should that trend undergo some DRASTIC change?
