I just noticed that if cathedral of war is # 221 and stuffy doll is # 218 then rod of nim and tormods crypt are 219 and 220 that means that blood crypt and breeding pool could not be released enemy and friendly lands ruled out sorry guys but no shock lands in m13 most likely same old lands
There's no space for 12 lands. 219 is an artifact, so there's either 8 or 9 lands (from 220 or 221 until 229).
I was including basic lands as 5 cards to land count so yes they can have 13-14 lands including basics, but i'm willing to bet 12 because we have 2 non dual lands spoiled.
Information known thus far Cathedral of war is number 221, evolving wilds is 224.
When viewing m10 m11 and m12 there are generally 2 non dual lands and the most lands released is 12, so im guessing we will have 12 lands released (including basic)
As we know cards are sorted in a set by color then by alphabet.
If we look at the previous coreset lands we have two cards dragonskull summit (222) and Drowned Catacomb (223)
If we look at Ravinica block none of the card names fall between cathedral and evolving wilds.
I cannot rule out the zendikar block lands; celestial colonnade and creeping tar pit both fit and are friendly colors. Two other possibilities are
copperline gorge and darkslick shores from Scars of Mirrodin.
We can all make assumptions but I guess I'm just going to have to wait for the cards to be spoiled.
i was thinking about droping the pulse tracker for someother 1 drop, also i like the idea of Electropotence but the downside to it is I need to wait to play my demon till turn 4 optimally and spash red (wouldnt be to hard i supose with my fetchlands) Definately gave me something to think about thanks~!
My Reasons: Teramorphic and evolving great for thinning, But also my Grim Discovery can let me do it again. Quest For the Gravelord is an easy 5/5 for this deck so I figured it was worth the shot. Demonic Appetite was a hard choice for me but its an easy cheap sac engine. Bloodthrone Vampire is good for a sac engine and can win the game if left unblocked. Cadaver Imp can dig in my grave while proving me with a chump blocker that I can recycle if i get an extra one in hand. Pawn Of Ulamog is just awesome if he is out with bloodthrone vampire. Mortician Beetle is the inspiration for the deck, i can get him huge if i get one of my sac engines and can pump him in conjunction with the bloodthrone. Demon of death’s gate was a late choice but optimally I can get a 9/9 flying trample turn 2 on a good hand or turn 3 in an average hand also I can get him to activate my quest for the gravelord and have the extra 5/5 for blocking.
Well I played this deck a few times and i find that it never works quite the way i want it to so I decided to post in here to see what you guys thought and what you would do differently to make it a little more competitive. Also its sitting at 62 cards and I have no Idea where to cut. Thanks for the help guys!
i have been making what i call 8 bit tokens (because they are made to be nintendo graphics)
let me know what you think i have a lot of other ones i made any ideas on tokens let me know thanks. also if someone likes the 8 bit token idea and makes up a fue of their own i wont be offended if they post them on here
Four damage to its controller? No player would be willing to give up 1/5 of their life total to play a card that just adds 1 to their mana pool, even if it means they can play two lands that turn. Ancient Tomb would be a much better alternative.
Im a legacy player and legacy combo is willing to take damage for tempo. I tired to balance lotus petal and say chrome mox with this idea, lotus petal is 1 time use 1 card, chrome mox X time 2 cards. so i figured X times 1 card would be good if balance was added, so the idea of damage and colorless mana came up, making a negitive come into play effect makes it so its no broken against controll if blue player has boomerang thats gonna hurt bad but the added tempo is trying to stick it to comtroll in the first place. colorless mana for added balance
some decks would use it some wouldn't just an idea floating in my head sorry for the rambling but i figured i would explain the method to my madness
P.S. any one have any comments on the token im just curious on what people think. so far the silence im interperting means it sucks lol.
