I'm really digging this art and name. I don't feel the card itself accurately represents those features though.

I'm hyped on Insolent Neonate - I might be overvaluing a bit, but it seems great if we get more madness cards next set.

It's far from the second coming of Faithless Looting, but the Neonate is definitely madness.dek's ideal one-drop, more so even than Falkenrath Gorger.

Has possibilities with dredgevine, being a 1 drop with the opportunity to pitching Dredge card or Vengevine then dredging and/or drawing into another 1 drop to go off. It being a common, I have to agree it being the poster boy for madness decks in limited. It's a pretty sweet little 1 drop.

I didn't even think of getting re-Venge off a Neonate sac followed by a Memnite drop or something turn 1 in Modern. It's certainly an involved, half-jank combo, but it's still nutty.

Oh I don't don't intend for this interaction to be a turn 1 play. The deck runs red for Faithless Looting, Lightning Axe, and the sort for ways to filter through and pitch certain cards to the yard. I'm mainly pointing out this dude counts towards 1 of the creature count for Vengevine on top of pitching those cards while either dredging or searching for more dudes.

If you're looking for sac outlets for Modern, there isn't much. When playing Dredge vine, I played Greater Gargadon. I also tried like someone said earlier Blasting Station which felt too clunky.

    Forgot about Viscera Seer.

    Kalren, Selesnya's Pride GWX
Legendary Creature - Human Shaman Soldier
    -First Strike
When Kalren enters the battlefield, put a X/X green and white elemental token onto the battlefield.
Whenever Kalren deals combat damage to a/n opponent, populate.

I do like the New Liliana, I plan to throw her into my Alesha, Who Smiles at Death tiny leader/commander.

Has a 2/3 body that can be recurred. I do like gaining life as well.
Getting a 2/2 zombie after sac'ing one of my creatures is quite useful.
Flipped, I get to dump more creatures to be recurred with Alesha. Plus side of neutering the opponents hand.
As well be able to use her to bring back creatures on top of that.

She seems fun to play with all and all.

Oh man. I'm so excited for this card. Getting incremental power by just playing more creatures. White Weenie Wet Dream.

I can imagine Mikaeus, the Lunarch and her were made for each other. And her BFF Thalia, Guardian of Thraben.

She also combos with persist? now you can run 8 copies of Melira. Mind you, you need to work for it, with her being WW. But being able to run this as a back up aggro plan ain't that bad.

Also with Zendikar rearing it's head. I can imagine she fits right into Allies (if we get allies).

And she'll be in all star in Tiny Leader.

No problem! It's what I like to do.

I've played with Whisperer of the Wilds in sealed, and it felt under whelming. It maybe a card to cut, or at least exchange it out for Joraga Treespeaker.

Nature's Claim should be sided, green has a ton of artifact/enchantment hate. Unless your meta is heavy those, side it. As well aggro decks hate giving life to the opponent. Same goes with Naturalise. If you worry about that kind of stuff, try out Beast Within. It covers all your bases, and your creatures will be so big with all the pumps, the 3/3 token should just be a speed bump if anything.

Nissa's Chosen keep's bothering me, I feel like you could almost do better or just straight cut him. Same with Young Wolf.

I can see the problem against elf ball, he does have access to Martial Coup can kinda of do work. Not many ways in White I see. We mainly can just pick off key cards with Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshare.
Distorting Wake If used right, could be a blow out. Or just reset them (If they're heaving mana dorks it could just send them back to turn 1).

Hey! I like the Deck, mono green with Omnath seems like a fun deck. If we were gonna trim some fat, in the direction I'd go would be more aggressive(that's what green's all about).

So cutting cards with fog effects. You shouldn't need them that much, since you should be applying as much pressure you can, making them want to use those fog effects.
Sheltering Word is where I'd go next, again staying away from defensive cards. But I like cards that pull double duty. I can see keeping in the Board against Red Decks.
Alpha Authority I can only see this being used in conjunction with your leader. This is a card that eventually should be cut. Champion's Helm I feel a bit the same way about. But if you're going all in with your commander I can see keeping it. You might try out Lightning Greaves similar effect. But that haste and 0 equip cost is so... helpful in this format.
The Ring of Kalonia is kind of slow. You want instant gratification.
Again with the aggression plan, Revive is good at getting back old pump spells and your solid bombs, but you don't want to waste 2 mana doing so. (maybe taking up a whole turn)
You'd want to be playing more proactive than reactive. Another pump spell or another bomb could fill it's place. If you want a nice middle ground, you could try Green Sun's Zenith and putting in a silver bullet or 2.

Mistcutter Hydra great card, seems more like a sideboard card unless your meta is full of blue decks.
There are a ton of Hydras in this format to take advantage of, that do more than this guy in the main board.

Also you may want to try Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx your devotion to green is pretty solid and you could make great use of this card in conjunction with Omnath.

My friend was piloting a burn deck. Zo-Zu the Punisher. He was using cards like Sulfuric Vortex, Pyrostatic Pillar, Blood Moon and some other enchantments like Zo-Zu. Mainly would of like to see any artifact/enchantment removal to just have some breathing room. Without them I held my lands pitched them to things like Liliana of the Veil, Pack Rat, Faithless Looting, and Lightning Axe. Avoided casting spells as much as I could and taking advantage of abilities like Grenzo, Alesha, and again Pack Rat. Blood Moon was just a harsh card. We aren't completely Shafted by it (I've considered Magus of the Moon, but it makes us begging for the other color basics.

So i've done some play testing with some friends.
Cards that shined during my matches,
Basilisk Collar (being able to be tutored with Stoneforge Mystic, make any creature trade-able, and attaching to Alesha allowed me to be comfortable swinging every turn to get my triggers)
Pack Rat (stole a lot of my games and allowed me to put key cards into my yard while developing my board. As well was hard to deal with.)
Fiend Hunter (Was just great getting rid of specific creatures. Once a sac outlet was online, he was a nightmare for a opponent)
Mogg War Marshal (This guy was just awesome allowing me to play defensively early game and became overwhelming for my opponent late game.)
Goblin Bombardment (In the games this was on the field. I was almost assured victory.)
Mother of Runes (made things way more difficult for my opponent.)
Grenzo, Dungeon Warden (I loved this guy every time I saw him, he blends in perfectly with what we're trying to do.)

Things I had trouble with, were artifacts and enchantments. Thinking about adding Buried Alive, Duergar Hedge-Mage, and Nighthowler. (I run a heavy removal package and can see this guy being huge a lot of my games.)
