You got a point: you don't get extra turn if you don't pay the hard cost... I actually misread that one.. And indeed Day of Judgement will take care of it, but that one of the few cards which can. All other destroy tgt creature type of spells will be powerless... Granted, Elvish isn't the only way to bring this thing out. And yes without the extra turn, this cards becomes less overcrazypowered. Still anhilator is nasty

The Orzhov are a shame to white. The selesnya actually hate them for binding souls to the ilving world instead of giving them what they could get:heaven. The boros hate the orzhov for stealing their angels with bribes. The golgari do not care about monies, not do the rakdos, or the dimir. The azorius arent allies with the orzhov because of the thrull zombies. Lastly, the izzet are the most powerful, because they can blow up the whole city if they want to, and they provide infrastructure. Then the simic, because there wouldn't be any health care without them.
Sorry dude, but you kinda need to trim down your list on Phenax. While he is pretty good, you shouldn't have 5 of anything in a deck. Also, Commanders should be planeswalkers. Use Teferi, tezzeret, or Ashiok, Nighmare Weaver. This could be great for playing against counterburn.
