Looks like it's listed under the Advanced Search perk for silver and gold. I'm right there with you jwf, all my rares / foils get put into kmc perfect fits and into the binder. That guy sounds a little too persnickety.

When I log out it no longer shows the haves / wants for cards, just the point values. Does it show the same for the regular accounts?

@Stoogeslap I'm glad to hear they unbanned you! They really do need an alternate system, their current one isn't the best.

As for seeing how many haves and how many wants of a particular card there are, I've noticed that if you search only part of the name and not the full card is the only way I know of to view them unless there are multiple versions of the card. When I type in Force of Will it shows me the Alliances and Judge Promo version. I have a silver account.

@Jwf239 I've never had this happen before but I would imagine that you should have a reasonable case since each card is an individual trade. The only discount the recipient should receive is 20% for anything at SP.

Has anyone had any luck shipping cards to Mexico, and if so about how long did it take from sending to receipt?

There are currently 2194 Haves to 2637 Wants, it's probably going to be a little bit.

For the other case I'd need more information to have an informed opinion. I don't think a ban for being late sending is reasonable, at least not without forewarning. I suspect there is more going on there.

I'd say it depends on how much cursing was done. If it's something like, "NM condition? Are you effing kidding me!? That was MP at best FFS!" then I could see just a warning or something. That being said Puca makes their rules and we have to abide by them if we use the service :/

I'd plead your case in an email to some of the admins then. As far as I'm aware they can't normally see what chat messages users have sent so it might be helpful if you're able to include some context for them.

That's kinda ****ed up. I'd reach out to the Case Administrators on their about page and see if you can get in contact with one of them. Neither of you received an email from them at all about being banned?

That depends, what's the value of the card? If it's 25+ I'd rather get some tracking on it.

Ah ok, the one time I had to open a case was when a shipment came back in the mail, I contacted the recipient and they no longer wanted the cards so we amicably cancelled the trade.

Thanks for the advice. So a logistical question - how to you physically cancel a trade on here? Does an admin have to do it, or can the sender or receiver initiate something?

You'll have to go to the trades Sending / Receiving and click the red Report Problem button, from there you'll get a drop down menu with options. Select the one that most likely pertains to the issue you're experiencing and it will create a case for the admins to review. I believe it also notifies the other party as well.

Any trades under 30 minutes can be cancelled without needing a review.

I'm more willing to believe it's real. Even if the card has a few minor tweaks to it from what we were told, it's a card to watch.

What Cythare said. Argentina took the longest for me so far at 20 days from sent to completed. EU countries take about a week. Canada takes like 10-15 days.
