Planne don sticking with XP anywho. Had vista beta on another computer and played with it, I'll give it one thing, it is one PRETTY operating system. But thats about all it is. I'm going to stick with XP fo ra yaer or two until bugs work out.
SO the other day I started reading this book called "Only Revolutions", dont know if anyone here has heard of/read it (or the other book by the author, House of Leaves. ANywho, the book inspired a short poem that I'm fairly proud of and feedback is well appriciated.
My world be your mirror
the same, exact opposite
I am all the same
yet completely different
let my place be your own
parallel, yet skewed the same
My thoughts your own
aligned, yet reversed
we'll play our records the same
both in reverse
we'll both follow the same path
yet take the vice versa forks
We are one
we are nothing
allone
we are only revolutions
we will come full circle
(p.s. yes I know "Alone" is spelled wrong, its in the context of the book.)
But I need rules clarification. My friend and I are at odds with me running my token deck. I say that tokens hit the graveyard, then disappear. He says they never hit the graveyard. I'm almost positive I'm right becasue I asked numerous people (including a few judges), and all of them said that I'm right and it does work (after all, why would I run a combo deck for two years if it doesnt work?). So I need SOME sort of rules clarification about weither or not tokens hit the grave and then disapear. The way rule 216.3 sounds, it makes it look like it HITS the graveyard and then disapears, because it has to exist in another zone before it can cease to exist, right? Such a vague ruling...
216.3. A token in a zone other than the in-play zone ceases to exist. This is a state-based effect. (Note that a token changing zones sets off triggered abilities before the token ceases to exist.) Once a token has left play, it can’t be returned to play by any means.
PS, I did search this foruma nd multiple other ones, but to no avail. If the threads been done, point me in the direction an dlock this. Thanks for the help.
I don't see how the art is recycled... it looks different than Blind Hunter... and neat. I still love the perspective of it, though I don't know if I voted for this or the other Vampire Bats. I tend not to remember those types of things. The only thing I would complain about is the eyes... I don't like sharp white eyes that look like that they've been cut out in a graphics editor. It's a sunspot on an otherwise rightfully gloomy art.
On another note, I hope they put some type of funny flavor text along with it. D4's example made me LOL.
No I think it was one of the potential arts for Blind hunter, not the actual art they used
IDK why people are saying punisher cards are bad... you get an advantage either way. If this seriously costs 1bb then its 4 life for 3mana, thats pretty good imo. Especially if it is something they really want to resolve, i fnot, remember that everything played is a threat, the eager cadet you just countered with it could've been your downfall.
wasnt that art recycled from a bat in rav? It was a black/white orzhov thing.... forget the name of it... had haunt? Comes in you gain two they lose two?
Savannah Lions gets better stats because it's a small creature in the colour that specialises in small creatures.
This is not Yugioh.
This is one of the dumbest statements I've ever heard.
Why?
If wizards has a really powerful card, they're going to make it a rare. Hell if power has nothing to do with rarity, why no abolish it all together!?
As far as discussion of the card goes, I could see it happening. The 3x5c cards have mono-colored abilities but from what we've seen they arent really strong forms of thos abilities. Like if Jareth costed WWWWW then maybe his secon dability wouldve given it to all creatures you control, not just himself eh?
Definitly is a female as maxeel said eariel how can you say no to those pretty eyes.

Its a new dragon though it shows no real simalarities of other dragons.
Yeah, you can totally see its female in his picture. I overlooked it in the first one because its so big you cant really see the right side of it. When you look at it in his picture the hin dlegs are really curvy and smooth.
Do you not realize that if this is a new/alternate version of Niv then it's not necessarily going to look identical to the original? In fact, it probably won't and shouldn't. IE: Balthor and Balthor, Kamahl and Kamahl, Ertai and Ertai, Bladewing and Bladewing, Crovax and Crovax. Niv's gonna look different.
Good grief, Magic isn't Pokemon...
You realize that all of thsoe cards still have the same physical characteristics that their counter parts do right? Maybe with the exception eratai because he mutated. An alternate Niv will still look the same in his physical characteristics, there's just too many differences.

any one who enjoys reading or art should read the books. They're seriously master pieces, no other books like them

found that, but alas, no rules clarifications.
