Maybe I'm a bit biased towards the Jeskai Charm because it fits my R/U deck so perfectly. Also, you cannot compare Jeskai Charm to Time Ebb lol. Time Ebb was a sorcery - THAT'S why it never saw play. This charm does the same thing at instant speed, or other options obviously. And how is it a "worse" Flame Javelin? Both are instants, both have the same cc... Also, the lifelink choice is also a nice addition when you need that extra sustainability in a life-point race. Will certainly be splashing some white in my R/U Flamespeaker Adept/burn deck for this beauty!

Edit: Okay now I see the difference between Flame Javelin (any target) vs Jeskai Charm (any opponent). But the point is moot, as in a burn deck, you usually want to go for the throat anyways. Or simply use the blue option and delay their next draw with the bounce to library.

You guys are all crazy. First off, I feel Jeskai Charm is one of the best... Having each of those abilities is incredibly powerful for a 3cc card. On the other hand, we have Sultai Charm... probably the worst of the lot. For 3cc, you get very weak results. I'll take my Jeskai Charms any day.

What about Karrigon?

I read a rather lengthy article on why JTMS and Stoneforge Mystic were banned, and the crux of the issue was that they were seen in a much-too-high of a percentage of top-8 tournament winning decks. It was something like 6 of the top 8 decks in a number of tournaments were running JTMS, and like 4 of the 8 had Stoneforge Mystic. When cards are this prevalent among the core of the top decks, then something needs to be done about it. Obviously Tarmagoyf hasn't reached the threshold % of top-tier decks that the ban list is looking for.

I like the idea, but you would have to rename the character. Kerrigan is one the main characters in the StarCraft saga, and we all know that means she's trademarked already.
