I assume a lot of people here have dealt with Starcity Games. Does anybody know a way to get into contact with someone from there besides the contact us button on their site? I placed an order for an e-book there over 3 days ago which I STILL haven't gotten (should have been the same day for god's sake). Over the last 2 days I've sent 4 emails to them, to two different addresses and have not gotten a response. I posted my problem on the site feedback forum of their message board and STILL haven't got a response.
I bought this book to help me at a tournament tomorrow and now I'm literally not going to be able to finish it and as time goes on and they don't respond I may not even get it at all. This is ridiculous so please any help would be appreciated.
It's starting to feel like I got scammed considering their page says "in some cases it MAY take up to 72 hours" and it's already past that "maximum timetable".

You, and your friend, found an already hot card that was obviously mispriced, then tried to take advantage of the situation by buying out all 59 copies of the card we had in stock. That’s not a “gamble”, nor were you speculating that the card “would be hot”.

You “bought a small number (9) of them in foil” because your friend had just bought every other copy we had in stock (50 of them) exactly four minutes earlier.
“I was instantly limited to 4 of them this morning.”
“StarCityGames.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of any card being ordered at our discretion.”
We could have opted to “limit your quantity” to zero, and not allowed you to buy any copies of the card at the incorrect price. In fact, most dealers would have done just that. However, we were still willing to sell both you, and your friend, four copies each at the incorrect (lower) price. I am sorry that you found that unacceptable.
