If it was a monocolored wish, why would you have to choose a color? The word "monocolored" has been used before (Guardian of the Guildpact), so such a wish would likely read: "choose a monocolored card you own from outside the game..."
Yeah the illustration looks great, and I do prefer it to the old one for sure... but the typography is out of control. That is the greatest quantity of photoshop effects I have ever seen used at once.
I remember this card from an issue of InQuest WAY back in the day, like '96 or '97. It was one of those reader-submitted cards. If my memory serves, It was a green enchantment that turned a creature into a wall, and it was called Lignify.

Whenever a tournament game is a close one, and my opponent takes a while making a decision, more often than not I'll get the question, "Cards in hand?"
I always answer "[number]... GOOD ONES"
They laugh, but it always adds a few extra dead-ends to that maze in their mind.
Chronoplasm, I agree with your ideas on the new card frame design. I posted my thoughts in the Rumor Mill Mana Rouge thread... it will probably get axed or moved here!
IMO this is the first time Magic cards truly looked great since the Unglued lands.
It's interesting that you admire both designs... The Unglued lands were great for their simplicity, while I think the new FS frames are more about decoration and stylization.

With the exception of Alpha and Beta, none of the current nonfoil black-bordered Wraths go for more than $25—including Portal, Foreign 4th Edition, and Russian 9th—and those are much harder to get than 10th will be.
"the cards most likely to be seen outside Planar Chaos are the cards that you wouldn't have been surprised to see printed outside of Planar Chaos in the first place."
I translate this as, "*** stays, Damnation goes (eventually)"

This doesn't synch with the "leak".

Can I play this Forest, or is there a rule against deceiving your opponent?
Other than that, this is a very useful piece, well organized and functional. Thanks for building my gauntlet!
