There are some cards that I have been thinking about trying out in the main or sideboard possibly:
Bioshift- helps against heavy removal decks in which I wouldnt care if they were to kill a creature. It would target both creatures, netting 2 additional counters on the creature I switch it to. Also, allowing me to save a protection spell for the larger creature.
Fabled Hero (would need to add an additional land if added I believe):
Cons: would slow down the deck, meaning I would have to cut lagonna possibly, making aggro a worse matchup.
Pros:
--Fabled Hero + Hidden Strings When Fabled Hero does double strike damage to a play you may cast 2 copies of Hidden Strings couple that with --Aqueous Form and you should win the game.
Fabled Hero + Bioshift Keep all your counters on one creature then swing with both, move them over to Fabled Hero and win the game.
Phalanx Leader (SB only probably): Against deck where removal isnt really a threat Phalanx leader allows me to play all my creaures out and allow them to get huge with each trigger, allowing cipher to truly become more busted than I thought possible.
Artisan of forms (SB only probably): Would allow me to deal with pesky creatures in the metagame that I have a trouble dealing with sometimes. The bad thing is that it doesn't get counters, making my aggro shell...well...slower haha
Brave the Elements:
Pros:
--Allows me to get through all my damage against decks that I can not find a aqueous form and the game is stalling
--Allows me to get through the last points of damage to win the game
Cons:
--Does not target any of my creatures
--Does not affect Nivmagus
--Only would be used against green based decks as far as I could imagine
Dispel: **** Revelations! Oh, yeah....thought seize too
Swan Song: Deals with Enchantment creatures that are hard to get off the board without any removal besides D-sphere. Comes with a price with giving them an extra blocker.
Glare of Herasy: Deals with Oblivion Ring spells and unflinching courage. Beating unflinching courage is a pain in the ass.
Stratus Walk: Another enchantment that gives me evasion, but comes with a price when I cant block ground lethal. Draws me an extra card which is always nice. I could also target Stormbreath, allowing me to swing past that son of a ***** without aqueous form.
Additional Rootborn against control (ajani's presence may just be good enough to not worry though)
Ajaini, Caller of the Pride (need additional lands so probably not): Obvious reasons.
Thassa, God of the Sea:
--Would only be good with bioshift and if creatures stick.
--Scrying each turn would be fantastic
--Downside, would need to be played on turn 4 at the earliest to save protection spells for my creatures.
--Would Hardly be online
