I'm in need of cards that allow me to move -/- counters between creatures to combat an infection deck basically so far I've found :

fate transfer
And
bioshift
I don't want creatures with the ability to manipulate counters just other cards especially ones that aren't one time uses since I'm making an edh deck. I've tried using the gathering search but it doesn't like to work on my phone. If there's a better place to post this please tell me so and thank you for any help in advanced.
I wasn't sure where to post this so i figured here was a good place to start. I haven't played magic since mirrodin came out and need some tips. I've lost my entire card collection over the years (10k+ plus cards) so i need to start from scratch. What are some of the best recent sets to get for angel cards?
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this if not please point me in the right direction. I'm not sure what set the card was in but its a white sorcery and cost XX and two plains and summoned a 4/4 flying angel per XX you paid. It also had cycle X and a plains and would summon a soldier per X you paid. Any help would be nice and thank you in advanced.
