Heh, that'd be cool... :tongue3: Not much point in randomly guessing, though.

I don't think so. The Wurm is Green. Remember [GP] colours and rarities to go with those names]

Maybe tomorrow on MTG.COM they are talking about card advantage (or comboes!).

Nivix creates card advantage by having you being able to almost "draw" more than one card a turn.
Buried Alive, Fact or Fiction, and Gifts all are used in combo decks and create card advantage.

    Any thoughts?

I wouldn't bet on seeing more Weirds in the future; they're like Ninjas. Pop out of nowhere, do something funny, then disappear.

Weirds, cross-bred elemental-djinn-efreet thingies, are the creations of Niv-Mizzet and are essentially workers for the Izzet.

You do realise giving opponent's card advantage can prove to be lethal.
What would you do if your opponent used that awful "Ravnica Red Misdirection" targeting the Apprentice back onto you?
    Scoop?

Return all permanents you own to your hand, then return your hand to your library, then put your library into your hand. Walk away.
    You lose the game.

The coil is obviously part of the rare enchant creature cycle that Followed Footsteps was a part of.

If the Wurm Coil is part of a cycle. The abilties don't match, mana cost, text, etc.

    Followed Footsteps was 3UU.
    Whilst this is 3GGG.

    Footsteps just stated "Enchant creature".
The Coil mandates that you "Enchant green creature".

However the abilty is sort of similar. (Token generating quality.)

Once again, people are confused about the clause "whenever you play a *bleh* spell, *bleh effect.*"
No you do not get to untap Gelectrode 3,000,000 times, give Wee Dragonauts +6,000,000/+0, or trigger Tibor and Lumia when you replicate or copy any spell 2,999,999 times.
    Read Rule 503.10
Quote: To copy a spell means to put a copy of the spell onto the stack; a copy of a spell isn’t “played.” In addition to copying the characteristics of the spell, all decisions made when the spell was played are copied. These include mode, targets, the value of X, and optional additional costs such as buyback. (See rule 409, “Playing Spells and Activated Abilities.”) Choices that are normally made on resolution are not copied. A copy of a spell is controlled by the player who put it on the stack. A copy of a spell is itself a spell, but it has no spell card associated with it. It works just like a normal spell: it can be countered or it can resolve, and it uses the same timing rules as normal spells.
Example: A player plays Fork, targeting an Emerald Charm. Fork reads, “Put a copy of target instant or sorcery spell onto the stack, except that it copies Fork’s color and you may choose new targets for the copy.” Emerald Charm reads, “Choose one — Untap target permanent; or destroy target non-Aura enchantment; or target creature loses flying until end of turn.” When the Fork resolves, it puts a copy of the Emerald Charm on the stack. The copy has the same mode that was chosen for the original Emerald Charm. It does not necessarily have the same target, but only because Fork allows choosing of new targets.

I think he means cards like rolling spoil. Where if you pay a certain color in the generic cost of a spell you get an additional effect. I'm guessing we'll see something like:

    Maybe:

    NAME
    ?W
    Enchantment
As NAME comes into play, choose a color.
Creatures of the chosen color don't untap during their controller's untap step.
If blue mana was spent to play NAME, tap all creatures.

The enchance cycles aren't going to be rare; most likely mostly common. They are probably not that overpowered.
