I'm having some issues with a card I just received.
Guy commits to sending a card on the 20th.
Doesn't send the card until the 27th.
Card arrives today and is clearly not NM. It's SP at best, and close to SP-. I open a case saying that the card is not NM and I want a partial refund for condition. I'm not a stickler on condition, but I expect to pay an SP price for an SP card.
Guy flags for admin response and sends out a huge tirade that I'm a dishonest trader attempting to scam this innocent trader out of 60 cents (it's a 400 point card) and that he's never had an issue with condition and everything he sends is NM, refuses to pay my "extortion" and tells me that this site will only be successful as long as there are no "dishonest traders" such as myself trying to rip people, says that he wants me to pay out of my pocket to return the card to him, and that if he doesn't receive a NM copy, he's going to have the admins throw the book at me.
I've received Power and numerous Revised Duals without incident, and I've got 60,000+ points in my account and that many more in transit. Really, it's much easier to just accept the card and let him off, but given the confrontational attitude I've received after putting up with his week to ship the card out, I'm digging in and won't budge one penny on this.
Mods: I'd like permission to post this person's PT name to warn all members here to block and not do business with this individual.
EDIT: Calmed down a little bit now.
I guess I'm just frustrated and want to rant. I understand that mistakes happen, and I don't mind a nick or two - I've probably sent out cards that weren't strictly NM either because I missed something when I examined the card or it got a little worn in transit. Maybe it would be better just to drop it and accept it as the cost of PucaTrade, since it does look NM- on the front. I dunno. Venting frustration. </endrant>
This is the back of the card in question: http://imgur.com/aMuLiSM,U5UVQ7d#1
You can be the judge if I'm being reasonable asking for a few points back for this.
Good news is that PucaTrade is getting me exceedingly close to finishing my playset of Revised Duals - counting the ones in transit, I think I'm just five away (Bayou, Trop, Savannah, Scrubland, and Taiga) from my set of 40. I'm very happy about this.
I think the new changes (w/ the acceptance of less than NM/M), in the future, will make it much easier for some to send out their SP/MP cards, which in the end, will keep them out of your yard. The new changes will weed out the SP/MP cards. Heh, kinda just did a whole "garden" metaphor there. Impressive.
Actually, I'm interested in SP/MP cards, at an appropriate discount for the decreased condition. It's not receiving an SP card that I have issue with, it's receiving a card that has some wear and being expected to pay the NM price on it that I take offense to. I want to offload lots of SP/MP cards myself, and this is a fantastic development on this front all around for me.
Oh, I here ya. I know the SP/MP are fine, but the future changes will put the cards in the appropriate hands w/ the appropriate discount.
I am guessing w/ all of the bickering over points matching condition in cases where the admin. was called was the catalyst for that portion of the change.
Just read this from the Indie-a-go-go page of theirs:
Trade for digital cards, event tickets, or sealed product using our user-friendly website and then log into Magic Online to pick them up any time later.
Hope this means Magic related products are also an option for trade. For example, I have 2 decks made and a Commander deck built, just not sleeved. Because I am out of sleeves. I would prefer to get my sleeves through Puca Points, and would even accept SP sleeves (@ around a point/sleeve).

What you want to do with the deck depends somewhat on if you want an infinite option. It would be very easy for you to forgo things like Black Market if you include Priest of Gix.
I would absolutely not worry about all 4 Heartless Summoning getting destroyed. Some decks are going to beat the deck - it's better not to slow yourself down with fringe scenarios.
Regardless, you will absolutely have fun with this deck. I always feel very powerful at the helm of the deck, and I'm sure you will too!
I am trying not to go infinite. My Friday night playgroup has a house rule that if you go infinite, it is acknowledged by the players of the game that you have won, so you step out of the game and the game continues on for others to play for "second," - mostly because some games end prematurely because either an infinite combo snuck in under the radar or just wasn't able to be stopped.
What I am trying to say is, I want to make the deck work w/o going infinite. I do see the power level of Priest of Gix, but it just wouldn't be fun to me w/ Exsanguinate in hand. Being limited to the mana that I can produce gives me a better feeling win.
I do like your take w/ Marchesa & Mikaeus (why not call the deck "M&M's"), but I do not want to splash red.
But now I see another deck idea w. Grey Merchant of Asphodel & sac outlets, but that design is for another day.
The object of the deck is to get out 1 Heartless Summons w/ 1 Lich on board. Concept is that a few of the creatures (mostly Perilous Myr) will die instantly. W/ a cost of zero from the Summons, I can reanimate quickly for almost endless 2 damage (even more damage when the Black Market is at a high point).
Entomber Exarch get's the Lich back. My only issue is if all 4 Heartless Summons get destroyed. I was thinking Crystal Chimes, 1 or 2 copies, to get a Heartless Summons back if I happen to all 4 copies destroyed. Also, have Volrath's Stronghold to get back any creature. Vela the Night-Clad and Falkenrath Noble exacerbate the Myr's 2 damage w/ 1 point pings. Land/card acceleration comes from the Simulacrums.
A second win-con is through Black Market and/or Cabal Coffers and Exsanguinate and/or Profane Command.
Two tutors make the set-up that much easier and quicker.
What does everyone think?
Are the Win-Cons easy to set up?
Does the deck look fun enough to build and play?
What are the weaknesses? What can be main decked to deal w/ said weaknesses (then what can be taken out?)? (I am not using a side board).
It's odd not having the "Edit" option to what I wrote... I just fully read the convoke reminder text & didn't realize that a creature of the same color can reduce the color. M'bad...

Can someone please explain why this card has convoke, w/ only a casting cost of R... I don't see the colorless in the coast at all. What's the reason behind it?
What happens if you either A) copy the Chain Veil's ability, or B) find a way to untap the Chain Veil (which is simple to figure out)? Can multiple affects be achieved then?
Just noticed that the font has changed a bit, a bit more dramatic in style. I like the new look.
One way I can tell is the bottom of the "i" and "p" have a sharp dagger-like appearance. Has anyone else brought this up at all? I have noticed this for other capital letters or letters that dip below the base of where the font is.

Thank you for the feedback.
Mulldrifeter and convoke is an interesting angle to this. Thanks for the idea(s). I'll further look into an alternate build utilizing convoke.
