Before anyone says it, I know cards that can't transform already are incapable of doing so if somehow granted the ability. That isn't what I'm asking about here.
Golden Guardian's ability states that, upon dying post-activation, Golden Guardian returns to the battlefield transformed. Say I exiled a Golden Guardian with Myr Welder, and in response to a spell/ability/damage destroying my Welder I used the imprinted Golden Guardian ability. Would the Myr return, despite not being able to transform, or does rule 711.5 negate the delayed trigger entirely?
For what it's worth, the extra 3 damage isn't worth letting them get another search off. If they survive the 26 damage they'll have both a removal spell and a combo piece/way to recover/threat. Copying Ob Nixilis' trigger is a better choice in the long-run.
It doesn't help that you never really want to cast him in Hill Giant mode, and that he can't be flicked or reanimated profitably.
This reminds me of a time where I hardcast a Krosan Tusker because I was in topdeck mode (I'd have done the same for ol' Moldy too). It felt bad, but it was something.
You have never played MtG until you've felt this way. It does not matter how good you are at this game, you are not a Magic player until you have done this at least once.
I like including Magosi into Blue decks for not only the potential infinite combos (there's a lot more than just two or three) but for the skill needed to actually play it as intended.
The idea of Magosi being game-breaking is laudable. The instant people see it they know you are going to try something with it.
I'm hesitant to include them even in a Myr Tribal deck. I dislike creature-based mana rocks with a CMC above 1, unless those rocks have a high Toughness.
#WorseThanAssassinate #LolLimitedFodder. Srsly, when you can be tagged by THOSE, then you know you're a bad card.

Never really cared much for Vengeance, even in Limited. If given a choice between a mediocre burn spell and Vengeance you can bet that I would take the burn spell first.
Thank you.

Of course, I'm usually the kingmaker.
As for untapping Strionic Resonator, Unwinding Clock, Voltaic Key, and Galvanic Key all work. Rings of Brighthearth is also a good idea.
