Overall I like the deck. I like that ur still using Perilous Vault. I would cut 2 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver since you only need two finishers especially if it has hexproof. I would cut Murderous Cut since it would be stressing delve two much. Although you could pull it off is you ran Monastery Siege a card i think is awesome in control since it gives you some type of card advantage which would help you against just getting out tempoed by midrange decks which happened a lot when i was running esper.

I've never built a edh deck before in my life and frankly would rather do that than buy on of the precon ones, although am willing to use one as abase to get so cards i may need. I'm a huge fab if Omnath, Locus of Mana as a commander and have read primer on him, but the deck is just way to expensive for me, so i was wondering if there was a way i could built him on the cheap weather it uses the mono green precon as a base or note.

Bolas will be in the next set in my opinion. I just feel like this guy also has a good chance

This is my speculation of Ramaz being a planeswalker for the next set. First he is in Temur colors. Second if you look at his portrait in duels of the planeswalker you see snow in the background, and temur lives in the freking mountains where it is the coldest place on tarkir. Third he is cited as being a prophet, and since the Temur have s strong connection to shamanism he could be a prophet of that. Finally he is a disciple of Bolas, in this very set may be where Bolas recruited Ramaz to join his ranks and a servant.
