Hey everyone, I just released DeckBrew, an API for card information. There's no signup and no rate limits. The code is open source so anyone can get it up and running. Instead of scraping Gatherer, I load the most recent card file from mtgjson, change the structure around, and load it into a database. Queries are super fast, thanks to caching and database indexes.
You can currently filter by type, supertype, subtype, color, name and set. I'll be adding more search capabilities soon.
Feature requests are welcome! I'd love to hear about ways the API can be more useful to you.
I would speculate that the blue on is definetly Ancestral Recall (look at the picture we have) and the white one is Balance. I read all the restricted cards in Vintage, and that was the only white card that stood out as "iconic". Yagamoth's Will could maybe see the suspend cycle, but that still might be too good. No clue about the green one.
There is little chance that this card will see play in agro decks. As other posters have said, this card will find a place in decks that need a specific card. Thinning a deck to 56 cards is a big help for these decks. I doubt you will see the bauble in any agro deck; these decks want to drop threats every turn.
Also, I wonder, will this card be used in heartbeat?
My vote goes to Fatal Mutation. At least Cabal Conditioning can be used in a large multiplayer game to rape everyone's hand. Fatal Mutation is just never ever useful.

Guardian Beast (Guardian - 3)
Purraj of Urborg (Purraj - 0, Urborg - 3)
Juzam Djinn (Juzam - 0, Djinn - 4)
Aku Djinn (Aku - 0, Djinn - 4)
The black totem seems to be a Djinn totem. No other names turned up more than 3 results in the orb.
