I'm working on something similar, life's legacy is amazing here because it gives you a way to make your squids. As for ordeal, its awesome because it can buff your skulker for 3 in one turn if it already has 2 counters. My prerotation list functions on a Simic evolve plan with kalonian hydra to double counters. Another option is GIVE/TAKE

I like Ordeal of Thassa on Chasm Skulker. Nightveil Specter doesn't seem particularly useful if you're not also throwing in Master of Waves. What is the Nautilus for, other than maybe to evolve the Raptor?

You need a lot more card draw for that to be competitive. Divination much? Also, none of your creatures except for dakra mystic draw cards. I'd either splash red or white for either A. Sphinx's rev or B. Aggressive Mining.
There are many sources of draw such as fate foretold. While I like divination, I thought two was enough what with the other draw spells. An ordeal on a skulker or already evolved cloudfin produces the same cards plus a pump for my creatures for one less mana. I'm trying to save this post rotation, so modifying to splash for white would be money I currently don't have to invest in shocks and revs. Aggressive mining can hurt you so much by leaving you with too little mana.
The color I thought about maybe splashing for would be black for removal and sign in blood, but I have yet to find a build I like.
Here's something I've been working on, It utilizes a draw engine to pump up skulker. I tested a very rough version last week with some success but have maid some big changes. Let me know what you think, sideboard suggestions are needed as well.
It could work with Nissa and trait doctoring possibly. Making all your lands forests in addition to their other types. If you used her ability to turn a citadel into a creature, you could cipher trait doctoring onto it as well then ramp to your hearts content. Its a long shot but could work
With a reprint of mind sculpt in M15 there will be three mill sorcerer with CMC 2 or less. The other two being tome scour and breaking. Could this possibly make mill a possible tier 2 deck for the next few months?
I find spiritbinder can be amazing, at least in my meta, because it allows you to copy your warmonger, or rageblood, I understand removing it now, but keep it in mind post rotation
I feel like it has potential in constellation based strategies, possibly in tandem with mana bloom, or even something like one of the dictates. A 3/4 flier for 3 is always good. Bounce with low drop enchantment can trigger constellation and make things like grim guardian or doomwake giant amazing. Has anyone given it any constructed thought?

Here's a build I've been playing around with to try and bring tokens back as a semi-competitive deck. It focuses on using young pyromancer and Akron crusader to create tokens, then doubling them with launch the fleets. I'm lacking the shock lands needed but I'll post an ideal land base, and a current one. I'm still working on a sideboard. Let me know what you think.
You could splash white for launch the fleets, which would double your tokens, with its strive being one colorless, you'd only need one white source on the board to cat it
