I don't mind playing cards, but being harassed/stalked to do so kind of makes it less enjoyable. He ONLY targets

It is (slightly)mtg related...because this guy will listen to MTG officials if he was warned that this is inappropriate behaviour. I am asking if there is some rule against stalking/forcing people to play.

Sorry, I should have put this in Off Topic..But, I have said to him "look, I just DO NOT feel like playing anymore....and I don't want to be FORCED to play... just to benefit YOU. A hobby no longer becomes fun when it's being FORCED to do"..heis reaction is "What else you going to do?" (ie as in alternative to playing cards".

SOmething relevant though. Remember a while back I posted about how my local TO was "giving me a hard time". With this player trying to force me to go to the LGS (and only that one) is there possibilities of a connection?
I had quit MTG, and sold all my cards to a player. I had told him that I was not interested in playing anymore, and thought that would be cool. That was couple month ago.
But that same player, and only that player, is trying to force me to return to the LGS. He calls me 3ish times a week, askingif I "need a lift" to cards. He gives other players my phone number, and tells them to call me and get me to go to the standard or draft. He even calls me up 2 hours AFTER I have told him I won't be going. He offers so called "incentives"..like "If you come this week I will give you commons you need" (A. Won't need commons if I don't have any other cards) B)They would be commons I just gave him for free)
I mean yeah, if it was just once or twice, fair enough, but for months? Isn't that...almost stalking? He knows I clearly don't feel like playing..I gather he is trying to make me crack and say ok, I'll come once...but then he assumes that I wil lturn up weekly.
If I sacrifice the Skylasher to the scourge Boon Satyr becomes a 4/2 creature.
But Does Scourge get 4 counters placed on it (from lasher being a 6/4 at CURRENT time of sacrifice)
or 2? (as Satyr "drops" off the lasher)?

Skylasher becomes 6/4.
If I sacrifice the Skylasher to the scourge Boon Satyr becomes a 4/2 creature.
