The idea here is to abuse the combination of Sunforger and Kazuul's Toll Collector. This interaction is pretty big considering it reduces the cost of tutoring every turn from 5 mana to only a R and a W. I am not too sure what this deck would look like although I think splashing into Blue would be beneficial for the card draw and counter magic.

I don't think that you can just play straight up burn in this kind of meta. There is a lot of lifegain going around right now and you need creatures to have a constant source of damage. I would say drop the Satyr's since they are a terrible top deck and require a lot of burn spells to be in your hand to be worth it. I would drop the Sarkhan's in favor of Stormbreath's. I can't imagine the Sarkhan sticks around very long since you have virtually no blockers or hard removal so a more resilient threat like Stormbreath would be better for you. I would suggest transforming this into more of a tempo deck with creatures like Seeker of the Way, Mantis Rider, and Monastery Swiftspear. Take out some of the worse burn spells like Deflecting Palm, Magma Jet, and Searing Blood for more utility cards like Jeskai Charm and Anticipate.

The deck is missing some focus in that you have some aggressive cards like Warden, Mystic, and Ashcloud mixed with more slow midrange cards like Courser, Thoughtseize and Caryatid. You have to decide if you want to be slamming threats every turn slightly above the curve with a Mystic or play a more grindy game with lots of removal and big butts with a Courser.

Purphoros and Impact Tremors is a very scary combination in a tokens deck. I think that this will definitely make a Jeskai Tokens type deck viable like OP mentioned. It gets around the problem of losing to big creatures amazingly well.

I really want Qal Sisma to be good too since the value could be incredible. But I can't bring myself to play it since I could see the scenario of dropping this turn 3, next turn pay 2 to attack and then it eats a Downfall. That is a huge loss of tempo. It is also competing with Rabblemaster for the red 3-drop and I don't think it beats it.

I'm not sure why all of your creatures are 3 drops with the exception of Frost Walker and Elvish Mystic. Why not build a more aggressive Temur build and add Collected Company. You are really making your deck very inconsistent when you are completely relying on drawing Collected Company because without it you are playing a mediocre Temur build.

It is possible that it could see sideboard play, possibly mainboard if you are up for it. You will get a lot of bolster triggers if you have an Anafenza in play and you return a lot of dudes back to the field.

I really think you should be splashing another color here. Red gives you access to Crater's Claws, White gives you Mastery of the Unseen, Black puts you in more of a Constellation shell with Doomwake Giant, Blue gives you Sagu Mauler and Kiora's Follower, and there is even the Temur Ascendancy combo version.

I agree with Cherry_Punch here. A straight up control list is usually the better option when making a deck filled with Planeswalkers. I don't think 6 dragons in a 60 card deck is really enough to warrant playing cards like Orator of Ojutai. There is roughly a 50% chance that you will have a Dragon and Orator in your opening hand, which means another 50% of the time you have a card that isn't really great on it's own for the kind of deck you are plaiyng.

Scorn is not even close to format warping :p . While it heavily rewards you for playing a lot of dragons, you to pretty much have to build your deck around it. In a control deck running only Ojutai as a dragon is not really enough for Scorn. Also a UU Force Spike isn't really that playable.

I'm not a huge fan of Dissolve here. It doesn't work well with Narset and it feels out of place. You aren't really a control deck so it isn't mandatory to have. I would suggest getting a couple more creatures. While creatures aren't the greatest with Narset, you need to be doing something before you drop her. Cards like Seeker of the Way will help gain you some life and works well with the amount of noncreature spells. Goblin Rabblemaster is a must answer threat from your opponent and is one of the strongest creatures in the format right now. As for cuts, I would suggest Dissolve, Magma Jet, Temporal Trespass, Monastery Siege, and Ugin. If you really want to keep Temporal Trespass and Ugin for hilarious outcome of flipping one off a Narset trigger then go ahead, the only issue is it makes your deck less consistent.

Well the deck is lacking any kind of real focus. I see a Burn aspect, I see a midrange aspect, I even see a Dragon tribal aspect. I think you want to focus on either being a Burn deck or a Big Red midrange deck or more of a Dragon tribal deck. It seems as though you are trying to do too many things at once.

Kolaghan's Command really has no place in the mainboard here. Why would it ever be a relevant spell for a Big Red type deck like this? Goblin Rabblemaster is obviously a good card but I would understand why OP wouldn't use it as it doesn't exactly fit the Dragon Tribal theme. Hordeling Outburst makes little to no sense in this deck. Sure there is a synergy with Goblin Rabblemaster, but that is not near enough of a good reason to use the card. I'm not sure why making 3 1/1's in a deck that want's to go to the mid game with limited removal would be good.

As for OP I would suggest cutting Lightning Berserker as it doesn't really fit what this deck is trying to do as it's more of a Red Deck Wins card. Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury can get insane if you have even two or three dragons out so I would definitely recommend considering him. Stormbreath Dragon is one of the best Dragon's in Standard right now so he is highly recommended. If you are up for a large change in the deck, splashing green for a Jund list could be interesting. It gives you a couple of other Dragon options, namely Dragonlord Atarka. You also get access to mana dorks which can help you start beating down much quicker.

This card really isn't that janky. It's comparable to Delver of Secrets in some ways. This should find a home in any white deck that is running a lot of noncreature spells whether it be control or tempo.
