RGW: disguise cards/big surprise — there’s only one guess I can think of for this and it’s (mega)morph/manifest/foretell that’s the only thing I can think of that can disguise the cards
Witness Protection was my immediate thought when I saw "Disguise cards" but basing a set mechanic around auras like that might be a bit much. Still, disguising a mana rock as something else sounds hilarious.
I won't comment on the card mechanics, but I really don't think WotC would print a card named 'F Around'. You've sanitised it, but even in Un-, silver border, acorn land, I think it's still a step too far.
"Fool Around" would work within WOTC's PG spectrum and still maintain the original flavor.
I'd probably only run 3 or 4 creatures with MV5+. That number would not include any creatures that have cheaper alternate means of using them (cycling, evoke, channel, adventure, etc).
The total number of creatures you run should be dependent on whether you want the deck to be aggressive (lots of small, cheap threats with only a few bigger ones) or slow & controlling (few creatures total).
If a lot of your spells have a mana value 3+ I would also consider running several mana rocks (4-6) to help cast them earlier.
I don't recognize the outer frame but the interior resembles Moxfield. The player is probably using an OBS to create multiple captures to move around what information shows where.
They could turn it into an Oprah moment: "You get to be a Silencer, you get to be a Silencer, EVERYBODY gets to be a Silencer!"
