I'm interested in making a Glissa deck for commander. I'm aiming to try to get an engine going with glissa by recurring my cheap artifacts and maintaining strong card advantage and removal.
This is my first draft and i just pieced it together from reading other primers and watching some games on youtube. Am I missing anything important, and would this be competitive enough to not get completely stomped by strangers? Thanks!

ATM, the only ideas I have are from the SCG commander versus series with a pile including lab maniac and some free draw spells and counterspells like pact and frantic search.
@capitacom: thanks for the advice! I took a look at your link and I really like what you have done with the deck I agree entirely with what you said, but unfortunately being a uni student my budget is a little tight and I don't have the cash to buy the expensive cards like sneak attack
I think I want to go a more sacrifice oriented route with the deck, so I'll adjust my list according to your suggestions.

Regarding your suggestions:
I think Falkenrath Aristocrat still deserves a spot in the deck, especially if I stick with my semi tribal route. A sac outlet that grows bigger and is very hard to remove and has evasion seems pretty strong I think.
Blood artist, dragonmaster outcast, falkenrath marauders, silverblade paladin, after testing I agree and they can go.
Gray merchant is hard to evaluate, he has a strong effect but usually getting the devotion up is really hard. He's under consideration for being cut after I test a bit more.
And if i'm cutting blood artist archangel can go as well.

Yeah, I've got lightning greaves on my want list, I just have a few copies of swiftfoot boots lying around so I'm using that for the meantime until I acquire another copy.
Stoneforge mystic sounds pretty good too, I'm thinking of adding her in with an Ice/Fire, Shadow/Light and Jitte. I'd cut whispersilk cloak for sure, maybe cut down on some of the ramp too seeing as my curve is rather low, average cmc ~3.
This is my Alesha Aristocrats decklist, based around saccing creatures and then abusing Alesha's ability to bring them back for more enter and exit the battlefield triggers. I'm looking for suggestions for ways to improve the decklist before I invest heavily into it. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Aim of the deck is to mill myself out, to create an unkillable Mimeoplasm or to win from Laboratory Maniac.
The usual combos are ->
Mill --> Mimeoplasm into Invisible stalker + grave-based P/T creature --> Beatdown for the win, or fling with Jarad
Play Laboratory Maniac --> EOT Demonic consultation for a mountain --> Draw a card and win, or flashback think twice for the win
Does anyone have some feedback or recommendations for a budget G/U flash deck I am building for a friend? I have approximately $40-50 worth of cards to sell/trade, so any relatively cheap suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
That's still a minimum of 4 cards (ornithopter + jeskai ascendancy + retraction helix + creature) required, plus however much protection - lets say 1 counterspell. Even then thats 5 cards, in a deck with very little in terms of draw power; we don't have something like serum visions to help filter our deck for what we want. Not to mention that individually, most of those cards are useless and won't help us; they will be dead cards until we draw into the combo, provided we live that long.
Except we already run 12 ensoul targets with ornithopters, darksteel citadel and springleaf drum; do we really need 4 more? I have found that the issue is not drawing ensoul artifact rather than a lack of ensoul targets. However i don;t run shrapnel blast, and I guess it is better if you are running them. My main issue is that I feel like if we run 4 ghostblades we are running too many artifacts that only have synergy with ensoul and nothing else.
I'm going to disagree and say Ghostfire blade should only be run as a 2 of. Unlike ensoul artifact, ghostfire blade only works on creatures, which most of the time will just be ornithopters. Equipping ghostfire blade onto a scuttling doom engine isn't exactly worthwhile, there are few cases an 8/8 can do something that a 6/6 can't. If we run this as a 4 of and we draw into no ornithopters, its a dead card, and I don't want to be in the position where I am equipping this to generator servant or chief engineer - I want to be ramping into the doom engine instead.

I'll just say it looks very similar to mine, I ran a bigger counterspell package instead of the smaller aggressive creatures, I found that it was hard to get scuttling doom engine out early enough to make a difference in several games - especially vs Midrange
I think at least running 4 negates to protect our ensoul artifact is near mandatory.. if it sticks around it will win you the game. Regardless, can we see a decklist?
I'm of the agreement that UWR is the way to go with this deck,mantis rider and jeskai charm provide another solid threat and good utility that helps round out what the deck needs. Also instead of chained to the rocks, we can run banishing light instead.
What do you guys think with the cards spoiled from KTK so far? Is there anything from the set that would help this deck from what has been revealed?
And what are your opinions on splashing a third colour from the UR base to add in another midrange threat in either the Mantis Rider or the Savage Knuckleblade?
