    First of all good cards and good job and now for each card:

    Cassus: For the cost it can be a 3/3 but the text should be changed to only make 2 damage when you are attacked, 2 damage to each creature is just too much.

    Naka: MY first thought is this need to be a shapeshifter, second, reminds me the Evil Twin but her effect is kinda odd because you give the creature to the opponent but as soon as his upkeep start you can destroy his creature and bounce yours, that give less oportunity to react at her.

    Nerio: Besides his low p/t and cost, this is a serious threat but tho be honest i see him more as a UBR creature, giving him fear or making it unblockable is the main course of action.

    Tamichy: I'll add a 1 more colorless mana to its cost, this could easily be a big threat very quick with the blue draw cards and effects, hexproof should be tested if not too OP

    Elenya: By the low cost of the creature her effect should only put 1 token for creature, to keep the original and maintain balance i would add 3 to 4 colorless mana to her cost

    If a card is going to do damage but is going to be prevented by the ability, that sir is redundant (this case only applies for cards that dont do damage to creatures only players)

    Actually it started as an ooze, and the activated ability i imagine an ooze trapping a creature inside its body until drown the creature, i think being an ooze explain why the creature can be indestructible but what made me change it on the last second was the other ability.

    And finally the last one:

    Vitaxia, Rotten Core BBGW
    Legendary Creature - Leech
    Indestructible
    When Vitaxia, Rotten Core enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
    At the beginning of your upkeep, chosen player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
    BGW, T: Vitaxia, Rotten Core becomes an aura enchanting target creature. Enchanted creature can’t block or attack or activate abilities and gains “At the beginning of your end step sacrifice this creature”.

    Oh yes my mistake sorry, two changes:

    Sasotai is actually a 3/3 with deathtouch

    Azami copy only instants and sorceries

    Akhtai its kinda complicated the effect so i prefer to give an example:

    Lets say you first cast sliver overlord on your turn, next om the same turn you cast Crystalline Sliver, what the effect of Akhtai will do is check the mana cost of the last spell you cast that was WUBRG and substract that mana from the second spell in this case WU and yes that spell will be free, and because that spell was free you can cast another and you choose Harmonic Sliver, now this spell will check the last spell you casted and it was Crystalline Sliver (even when you cast it for free) and reduce the amount of mana that the card cost (the card, not the mana you paid) so its WB, Harmonic Sliver only share the white mana so its reduced and what you have to pay now is 1G and this keep going for each spell that turn.

    I hope this example resolve any question about how the effect works, and if you think any wording has to be changed please let me now

    Thanks man i'll work on a better bug commander, and think about Akhtai, also for Miraja i chosed black and white because the main idea was a revival but insted of graveyard was from exile and those are the colors that have the most exile effects.

    Now i have the fourth:

    Azami, Aethercrafter WUUR
    Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
    Whenever a spell targets a permanent, ~ deals one damage to target player and you gain one life.
    XXWUR, T: Copy target instant or sorcery spell X times.

    Legendary Creature - Angel
    Flying
    If ~ is exiled, you may cast creatures you own from exile.
    BWR, t: Exile ~ and target creature.

    Legendary Creature - Elemental
    Whenever you cast a spell, reduce its colored mana cost by the exact type and amount of the last spell you casted this turn.
    RUG, t: Each player exile the top card of his or her library, you may play cards exiled this way until the end of turn.

    Whenever a creature an opponent control with a -1/-1 counter dies, return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
    BUG, t, Sacrifice another creature: Put X -1/-1 counters on target creature, where X is the power of the sacrificed creature.

    I think most of the cards are balanced just a few opinions:

    Mind Weirding I think this is the most overpowered card, because usually this type of effects cost 4 or more mana on a sorcery speed, the card i can use for an example is Quash that requires 2UU and the second part of the effect only applies to instant or sorceries, you should probably add 1 or 2 more blue mana to be at least not so powerful also have in mind lobotomy.

    Day of Rampage By the cost of the card and effect can also be an instant, being a good trick for combat and a way to get rid of annoying creatures

    The other cards i think they are fine and well balanced

    Yeah man thanks, i already made few changes like

    Lamixia insted of gain life when you cast an artifact, now is an activated ability "Sacrifice a noncreature artifact: you gain two life"

    Rhodan that's why i added "other" so he can't untap himself but yes i can see it can be too overpowered in a basic combo

    Hatok could use the randomness looks fun

    Togar i like it but sure i would double check

    Varmund the problem is if i change the ability to lose life intead of gain, the activated ability seems to repetitive, because the opponents will lose life for discard and for the mana cost of the discarded card, and when i made it i was thinking in at least 4 player commander game so its like i win 3 life and draw a card while everyone else loses a card and just someone also loses life

    In the end thanks for tge feedback, now im workin on the wedge legends and as soon as i finish them i would like to hear your opinion man.

    Hi guys I just create a new set of Lengendary Shard Commanders and i would like to hear any feedback you have, you like it or not, what would you change, would you use them, they are very standar really kept the same mana cost, and the cost of the ability for each, so here they are:

    Hatok, GoblinThrower 3BRRG
    Legandary Creature - Orc Bersercker
    Haste
    Whenever another nontoken creature dies, you may put a 1/1 red Goblin creature token with haste onto the battlefield.
    BRG, T: Hatok, GoblinThrower fight with target creature, then for each opponent you may sacrifice a goblin, if you do, each opponent sacrifices a permanent.

    Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you gain two life.

    Araya, Cipher’s Decoder 2UB
    Legendary Creature - Human Rogue {MR}
    Hexproof.
    When Araya, Chiper’s Decoder deals combat damage to a player, put a Espionage counter on that player.
    At the beginning of each opponent’s turn, if that player has three or more Espionage counters on it, you control that player turn until the end of turn. Then, remove all espionage counters from that player.

    1U: Look at target player’s hand with a Espionage counter. You can activate this ability if Araya, Cipher’s Decoder is in the command zone.

    N’ktay, Encryptor of Souls 2UB
    Legendary Artifact - Equipment {MR}
    Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to an opponent, look at that player’s hand and exile an instant or sorcery card from there, you may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

    Exiled cards with N’ktay, Encryptor of Souls gains cipher
    If Araya, Cipher’s Decoder it’s equipped can’t be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater.

    Ukto, the Blight Sage 2BUG
    Whenever a +1/+1 counter is placed on Ukto, the Blight Sage, you may draw a card.
    Sacrifice a creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on Ukto.
    BG, Remove a +1/+1 counter from Ukto: Put a 1/1 black Zombie creature token with deathtouch onto the battlefield.

    It appears that this was a little OP because how "good" linked the abilities were, i really liked though i wanted to have the 3 different guild's mechanics, and dimir was ausent so i pass to something like this:

    Ukto, the Blight Sage 2BUG
    Whenever another nontoken creature dies, put a 1/1 black Zombie creature token with deathtouch onto the battlefield.
    Token creatures you control have "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, that player discards a card and you draw a card.
    BG: Regenerate Ukto, the Blight Sage.

    but then again too much wording and lack of "simic" counters made me change it... so the number three was the one i posted here but i really like the part of the first one i made about drawing each time a +1/+1 counter is placed on him because i feel thats the nature of those colors: "i grow bigger(green) thanks to the dead arround me (black) but i also get smarter you fool(blue)" "an army you said yes i have an army... right beneath my feet all the ones you once loved" that two phrases i think capture the essence of Ukto


    And Zerayo, well the ability that i struggle so hard to accomplish is that beign black, red, and white the most destructives color in the game (white usually with a downside) so the first idea was a warrior a legend an invincible who when in the darkest moment she prevail and banish that darkness she actually weakens herself "get the prize for a price", the mechanic started with +1/+1 counters and that zerayo grow stronger depending on how much mana you spent to cast her but you can also cast her for just 3 mana and have a 1/3 double strike haste with no counters, the option to play it differently depending the situation, like you mention the idea is bring chaos, normally when you hurt a creature it dies but instead she destroys (chaos-red), exile (wich is common for white and black) and thats the why of zerayo
