call to the kindred is a card that often gets overlooked in blue tribal edh, it grabs you a wizard for free most turns since you will ideally be running roughly 20 wizards in your deck. Throw it on a merfolk wizard and get even better value as you hit your non wizard merfolk as well
I'm considering a similar deck, though I think your a bit preoccupied with running playsets, some variety will help this deck
I'd cut 2 gods for Elspeth, Sun's champion, that should give you a win condition
your lack of kill is also a problem,4 O-rings wont get the job done. I think that sideboarding 2 aegis for 2 kill spells might help you improve board control,
you can side them in against burn, which is the only reason to be running aegis in standard anyway.
4 spheres also seems excessive, especially given their manacost, perhaps blind obedience for 1 or 2 of them
it will help with control, cut down manacost and give you extort
perhaps a couple Extinguish all hope in the sideboard, a one-sided board wipe is a win-con in its own right
rush into master of etherium and myr superion using etherium sculptor and silver myr
use card draw through thoughtcast and Thirst for Knowledge and maybe machinate
provide some protection through stoic rebuttal and or remand
accelerate mana with Grand Architect and myr galvanizer
finish with myr battlesphere, lodestone myr and sword of fire and ice or just your master of etherium
2 galvanizers+silver myr+architect or 2 galvanizers+2 silver= infinite mana
2 galvanizers + silver= infinite lodestone taps
any suggestions?
I ruled out 0 drop artifacts because they are actually way to wimpy in this deck,
I only have 2-3 chiefs in here becuase he isn't worth duplicating
I built this deck on deckstats, net called it hail to the chief, but I never post here so I couldn't link it, sorry
