If I understand your question correctly you're after the release date of every set. Wikipedia happens to have a list of all core and expansion sets with release dates. Apologies if this is not what you're after/have already look at it.
That is actually the site I am going to have to use to make my own list, if I can't find one already made. What I'm looking for is not fancy by any means, it would basically just be the names of all the sets in order of release. I don't even need dates on the list, as I am only using it to put the cards in the proper order.

I have recently gotten back into MTG and I have a bit of an OCD when it comes to organization. I have purchased several storage boxes and have begun sorting cards to arrange them by color, type, and then finally putting them into order by set appearance. The problem I have ran into is, I can't seem to find a decent online list of the sets by release date. All the list's I see are broken down by core, expansion, cycle/block, etc.
Does anyone have or know a website that can show me the order the sets were released in? I have cards that go back all the way to Alpha, and this project has hit a small road block in the final stages.
