Razaketh is a very good card, and its only downside is its prohibitively expensive mana cost. I think we can use reanimation to get it out to the battlefield. It is a perfect target for Entomb / Buried Alive + Animate Dead / Karmic Guide.
I wish it was a 6-drop, but a sac outlet and a repeatable tutor in one card is really hard to pass up.
Guys, just got my Brago deck together after much deliberation and I have a question regarding Lightform + Cloudform and Brago's blink trigger. When he blinks those 2 auras, do they manifest the top card upon entering the battlefield again?
That's correct. Cloudform and Lightform will re-enter as regular enchantments. Their abilities then trigger and you will manifest cards from your library again. You can also target manifested cards with Brago's ability and those will re-enter face up if it's a permanent.
I think Phyrexian Plaguelord is somewhat redundant because we already have a removal sac outlet straight out of the command zone. That being said, my list is the combo-oriented variant and doesn't run either of the other 5CMC sac outlets.
Have you tested Realm Seekers? Although 6 CMC might be a bit steep, it can very often be a 14/14 or greater when it etbs. YMMV, but the last time someone resolved a Realm Seekers in a game I've had, it came out as a 28/28. It might not be an all-star MVP like the eldrazi titans, it is a card a Selvala deck would want.
I just finished a game where I discovered how ridiculous Inventors' Fair can be. I had the Fair and a few mana rocks out on the field among other things, and then something just clicked in my head. I used the Fair to tutor for Crucible of Worlds, allowing me to replay the Fair and tutor every turn. That got out of hand very quickly. On my next turn, I searched for Darksteel Forge and got it out, replayed the Fair from my graveyard, and grabbed Nev Disk on the turn after that. It was very good it was not even funny.
A fully tuned Tasigur Villainous Wealth deck is a blast to play. I finished building my first revision earlier this month, and it instantly became my favorite deck to play. My deck uses Seasons Past as the primary recursion engine to reuse Villainous Wealth and generate graveyard value.
The land base can be improved by swapping out lands that ETB tapped for lands that enter untapped. I found bounce lands to be particularly slow and clunky; run pain lands, filter lands, and/or Reflecting Pool instead. Zendikar and Onslaught fetches are great additions too.
I agree with you there are creatures and artifacts that don't fit in with the deck's overall strategy. Cards that can be replaced:
Reito Lantern - I think this card is too clunky and cute. I would rather run Seasons Past or other recursion spells.
Dark Impostor - It is a repeatable removal, though 6 mana per target is expensive and the card is vulnerable to board wipes and creature removals
Torrent Elemental - This card doesn't seem to have a big enough impact on a multiplayer game
Illusionist's Bracers - Other than Tasigur himself, there aren't any other cards that would greatly benefit from this card.
Have Thoughtcast and Ensoul Artifact fallen out of favor? Thoughtcast used to be a core part of affinity, while Ensoul Artifact occasionally shows up as a 2-of or a 1-of, but these days I hardly see a list that runs these cards. Anybody knows why?
I think it'd be more flexible to run free sacrifice outlet (ashnod's altar and friends) instead of mirror entity (which cant go in an omnath deck anyway).
Is the Grishoalbrand matchup highly unfavorable against Elves? I started playing Elves recently with Andrew Sullano's GP OKC list as a starting point, and I got absolutely crushed by Grishoalbrand. There's not much I could do to a turn 3 Worldspine Wurm or a turn 4 Griselbrand, so I'm thinking of swapping out the 3 Dismember in sideboard for Path to Exile to make unfair deck matchups more bearable. Is this a good idea, or is there a better strategy?
It looks like there's space for ten lands wonder if it's a cycle or 5 and some utility lands
My guess is that 5 of these will be a cycle of new spell-lands at common, a-la Halimar Depths and Teetering peaks, and the other 5 will be a cycle of uncommmon lands.
Edit: Pardon my link. This video confirms that each basic has 5 distinct artwork, one of which is a reprint of the original zendikar full-art. Boy, are they gorgeous! https://youtu.be/YlvUfjFaBCw?t=2m35s

Also, Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns + Selvala + a fatty = a boatload of mana.

On a side note, do you get to draw a card when you sac itself to its own upkeep ability?
My guess is that 5 of these will be a cycle of new spell-lands at common, a-la Halimar Depths and Teetering peaks, and the other 5 will be a cycle of uncommmon lands.
