I was a little nervous about how Meld cards were going to appear int eh database, but they seem to be okay if anybody runs into problems, though, please let me know
See above post It turns out that doing things properly takes a long time - who knew? So far this rewrite has birthed an ORM framework a unit testing framework, a service / api bus and a forms engine, and will probably spawn a CMS by the time I'm ready to start coding content pages again - I'm very tempted to split off the shared components into a separate project and put them up on GitHub when I'm done.
Still hard at work on the big site upgrade I've been working on It's basically a rewrite from the ground up, so it'll take me a while - if we're lucky, there may be something up by the time "Conspiracy - Seize the Throne" is released. But as always with freelance development, the best estimate I can give is "when it's done", I'm afraid.
Just a heads up, though, I'll be looking for testers when I start reimplementing site features (as opposed to working on backend stuff). Is anyone interested?
Minor change to make things a bit easier - for the purposes of BFZ block, when indexing cards, the software now completely ignores what colors Gatherer / MTGJSON says they are,and figures it out from casting cost. That way you can search for Devoid cards by color.
I have noticed a couple of things, though, when it comes to the deck builder. The system won't always correctly display the consumed/produced mana on each card added to the deck. For example, the system rightly states that Cyclone Sire consumes 4U but erroneously states that Sire of Stagnation consumes no mana at all.
Alrighty, looks like the color indexing went a little bit wrong when I added Oath. Reindexing seems to fix the problem - I'm running the indexer again right now (will take about 30min), and hopefully that will fix it
First off, I have to doff my hat to you, minouris. I've been looking for a way to effeciently manage my collection without all that mucking about in MS Excel, so thank you very much! Also, it's a nice added bonus that your site proudly incorporates a tribute to the late Terry Pratchett, one of my favourite fantasy authors. My app picked up the hidden chunk of code GNU Terry Pratchett in the overhead.

Thanks, man Yeah, pretty much my whole family was in mourning when TP died last year - we had four generations of fans, from my grandmother down to my nephews. Definitely a huge loss to the world.
Hmmm.... That sounds like a data glitch - I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads up
I cannot import collection from Deckbox in CSV-format due to error message "unknown index:"
Is there anything special I need to configure during export from Deckbox or during the import into Minouris´s Library??
Hi Zyberr,
I replied to your post up above a couple of weeks back, but didn't hear from you - there aren't any special steps for preparing the file, but if you send me the import file as a personal message, I'll have a look and find out why it's not working - I don't have files of my own to test with, not having a DeckBox account
Oath of the Gatewatch has been added to the site, along with support for Colorless Mana in the deck builder
Support for colorless mana in Searches will be in the next major update, as the rebuilt search has an improved data structure that supports it much more easily. Porting it to the current version of the site would be almost as much work as just finishing it
I´m getting an error code when trying to import .csv from Deck Box.
I have chosen a name for the collection, I have chosen type "Deck Box CSV" and chosen the right file, but when I click "upload" it just gives me error message "Undefined index:"
Is there anything special I have to do when exporting my collection from Deck Box, or when I try to import it to Minouris's Library??
I want to try your collection software, but I really don´t wanna add all my 1990 cards manually again.
There shouldn't be any special steps (assuming all the cards identify which printing they are somehow, otherwise it'll ask you to identify them). If you PM me your CSV I'll take a look, and see if i can figure it out
Progress report on Oath of the Gatewatch - Cards with colorless mana costs are now being indexe correctly on my local test site. I'm in the process of evaluating the impact of the change on the deck builder before I upload the changes to the live site - stay tuned
My next big task is implementing the changes required to have colorless mana as a specific cost, as well as all the other baggage surrounding Oath of the Gatewatch. Hopefully that won't hold things up too much
Sorry for the late reply - I'm moving house at the moment, and we just got our internet connected today. If you've got C15 cards in the deck then that might be why it won't save - it won't save decks it thinks are illegal. Try saving it without a deck type - that removes all restrictions.
I'll look into why C15 isn't legal yet as soon as I have my PC set up - all my data is from MTGJSON, so if it's not yet legal there then I'll have to make a manual edit in the database
Well... last printed set was only a suggestion. If this particular file is meant for card properties not from any specific set, then why include info about sets a card was printed in in the first place? I mean is it really bad to have rarity information alongside already provided set info? It's just a suggestion which - in my personal opinion - would make the specific file slightly more usable.
What is Wizards' position on this? Is a card's official rarity overridden by its most recent printing, or is it a property that's intrinsically unique to a printing?

Small query about the set code, though - is that the official one? The set symbol image link in Gatherer (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Handlers/Image.ashx?type=symbol&set=DDQ&size=small&rarity=U) has it as DDQ, following the convention of the previous duel decks.
