I can't believe no one has said this yet but imagine turn 2 Spirit of the Labyrinth followed by turn 3 new demon guy.
That wouldn't work because Spirit of the Labyrinth says "each player can't draw more than one card each turn," each being the operative word. They'd still draw cards, and the drawback is still there.
Master of the feast looks ok. I'm not sure whether or not its drawback is worth it. Twinflame doesn't seem worth it to me. I mean, if you have that much mana, why not just play more creatures and spells? Prophetic Flamespeaker is ok, I guess. Double-strike and trample is a great mixture of abilities, but I don't really like the third ability. Overall, the only card I might use is Master of Feasts, but only if the drawback is worth it.
Hi, it's nice to meet you guys. I started playing around Innistrad, and built my first deck around M13. I'm a casual player decently interested in competitive level magic, though I don't think I'll build a serious competitive deck anytime soon. My favorite color is Blue with Green at a close second. And that's about it.
