The basic goal is to slow down early aggression with the red burn spells, and basically do as much spot removal as possible to clear the opponents board. And eventually build to playing Narset and swinging into burn to the face or board removal. And Sarkhan as another win con and removal, he can also be cast off Narset.
I just threw that mana base on there, i really need help with it.
Anyone have any better ideas for the list? I really want narset control to be a thing.
The good thing here is nissa will make your stubborn denial and crater claws work more consistantly, and sarkhan can animate and fight while he is indestructible.
I feel this deck should focus on getting a fat fellow out, and use the charm mostly to counter, and the denial to mainly hit removal. Your creatures are mostly gonna be bigger and badder then your opponents, your getting one out on turn 3 or 4 with the rattle claw and caryatid, and leaving a blue open for denial. It feels like mono green devotion with counters,
You guys are nuts, it absolutely matters what clan you pick. Your going to get a seeded pack of that clan, which means your gonna get mana fixing for those colors. and some common/uncommons of those colors. so clearly the best way to choose a clan is to look at the full spoiler, and go through and add up the colors with the most playable common and uncommons, then the clan with the most playable common and uncommon cards. and whatever three color pair has the highest number of limited playable cards, pick that clan to increase you chances of having decent cards.
When i looked at the spoiler, i saw that white has 12 good limited common and uncommons, blue has 12, black has 13, red has 13, and green has 9. Now these cards are all at common and uncommon levels. so you will be getting most of these. So to increase my chances of getting playable cards, i would pick mardu.
But thats just an example. im still looking at the spoiler and deciding what cards are most playable, and that i will have the best chance at getting.
These are mockups, and quite obviously so. They appear to have been made based on the attempts to determine these cards in the other thread. There is no new information here. Please don't post unexplained mockups if you have no idea where they came from or what they are based on.
I hope he doesnt cost 7, I was hopeing he would be the one khan thats over powered, something like a 4 mana 5/5 with an incredible ability. But i can only imagine by looking that he will cost 7.
If he doest cost 7, i hope his green ability is raised by wolves, maybe he brings two buddies into play.
I just want him to be over powered, rug hasnt been a thing in a while, as far as standard goes.

Moved to Speculation, Double Post Merged
Why is this? I feel its very powerful against some of the heavily played decks.
It would be great to bring in against faeries, It kills everything in that deck!
And for decks like blood moon, that run snapcaster, clique, and master of waves it seems like a blowout.
And it can possibly do early damage against bw tokens, though I would be reluctant to bring it in during that match up.
So what am I missing? Why is it never played?
