I'm very interested in the amount of interactions this might have. Quick things that comes to mind include:

    1) Every planeswalker
    2) Fading/Vanishing cards like Parallax Wave or Tangle Wire
    3) Level up guys like Enclave Cryptologist or Student of Warfare
    4) Smokestack?

I don't think there's probably enough interactions in cube but I sure wish there were.

I think this is the best card from the new set. Absolutely insane value.

I like Stax effects a lot and I'm not cutting it from my cube anytime soon but I think one of the problems with supporting this archetype is that the cards that go well in this are also cards that are strong against the archetype. For example, sometimes, I would resolve a Smokestacks while ahead on board thinking I could attrition out the game only to watch my opponent resolve a moderately sized Secure the Waste or Tempt with Vengeance and suddenly the Stax effect isn't working as intended.

I think cube just has a lot of incidentally good cards now that break symmetry in both directions making Stax a pretty inconsistent deck and effect from my experiences.

Bumping this from the grave. I'm thinking of changing up my White 2 drop slot; we're sorta interested in evasive little guys and I was thinking about this gu as we already run Selfless Spirit.

I'm a little hesitant about how useful the ability is though since we don't run any dedicated unfair renimator.

Here's my cube list for reference but I'm mostly interested in hearing some stories about how this guy plays in your cubes, if you run him.

I'm excited to hear about Aristocrats in 2019 as well. I'm currently trying to slowly add some aspects of that archetype into my cube starting with Goblin Bombardmenet. Anyone got a recent decklist or a mockup of a deck that they think might do fine nowadays?

This card seems incredible to me. Even revealing 2 lands isn't bad since you could play them out within the timeframe.

Good call on the Filter land; I forgot about that one for WB. Horizon Canopy is really cool and if I had one I would use it but it is out of my price range for the moment so I'm sorta stuck with the Stirring Wildwood or the Razorverge Thicket.

Changing the Guilds format in my 360 a bit to have 3 non-land cards and 3 land cards. Two of the lands for each guild are going to be Shocks and Fetches, with the remaining one being a flex slot.

Struggling a bit with which one to play for Selesnya and Orzhov.
Given what I have, for Selesnya I'm considering between Razorverge Thicket and Stirring Wildwood
and for Orzhov Concealed Courtyard and Shambling Vent

Orzhov I'm particularly struggling with since WB tends to be quite hungry for 1BB or 1WW on turn 3 and would love to hear some input from others.

Thanks for the input guys! I was a bit underwhelmed with Primal Command after having it in for a while. I'm not entirely sure about Slime but I guess it would be a little different. I liked that Command was fairly versatile, and sometimes bouncing to a problematic permanent to the deck while grabbing a Titan was a strong play.

What makes you guys like Slime more? Is it the blinking potential, almost always being a 2 for 1, or versatility? What do you feel are some common situations where you plop a Slime and feel good?

It only hits fliers. It sounds like you missed that?

I did miss that oh dear, how embarrassing! Moving along.

This card looks amazing. For 1G it either is a very respectable stat monster or straightup green removal. Being able to function as a green Doom Blade in many situations seems like an incredible mode for a color lacking in this kind of option traditional. Alone, it acts like a Bolt to creatures, with a single creature in the yard, it can be a 1G Flame Sash. And as your graveyard fills up, it will likely grow to be able to kill just about everything, retaining or perhaps even growing in value in the late-game. Very impressed with this printing.

Revisiting this card. Thinking about bolstering the Zombie theme in my cube since Gravecrawler hasn't been recurring as much and Black Aggro has been underdrafted for a while now.

For those who tried this card, has it stood the test of time for anyone?

Have a couple of questions here (including not quite a This or That but if anyone would like to help anyways, I would be grateful)
    1) Field of Ruin vs Tectonic Edge
    2) Best 2 drop mana rock after Mind Stone and Coldsteel Heart? Currently running Sphere of the Suns which is quite mediocre.

Bonus if anyone would really like to help me out) I'm doing a little experiment to see how people view the color ranking in my cube. My playgroup has a couple of suspicions on one color being worse than the others but I'm wondering if that's because some of us are a bit myopic with our styles.

Here is my cube and I made a little form here to gather data on how people would rank the colors in this cube. Super curious on this.

This seems like potentially a very strong card to me, thought matchup dependent. Maybe not the best against control but it should be netting you a lot of draws over the game against aggressive to midrange decks.
