I have not played a lot of limited. This is my second sealed pool and I have only played a small handful of drafts. I play a fair bit of constructed and consider my mindset to be that of a spike, I like to improve at Magic and compete.
I would greatly appreciate advice on improving at sealed. The above pool I think blue and black are the weakest colours, and I like a RW aggressive deck. Watching the PT and hearing top players talk about combat tricks being above average in this format (at least in draft, I presume this carries over for sealed but I know sealed can be slower at times). RW has a nice curve and pretty solid removal.
What would you do with this pool? I haven't hashed out a definitive 40 yet, but I'll work on it.
I've been testing this list, and find it to be a bit more effective. The main-board Witchstalkers do really well given how much B there is in standard right now. I have a worse G1 vs Esper, but after boarding it's pretty comfortable. I really dislike his SB though, I've modified it to my own:
I like this SB a bit more. I bring in Advent Charms and Roots against Esper. I am running Celestial Flare instead of Glare because a lot of the cards that give me trouble (blood baron, stormbreath) have protection from white. The Hydras are for vs mono-blue devotion, which is one of the hardest matchups for GW. God's Willing for Esper (more creature removal variety) and definitely against mono black devotion. Ajani depends on matchup, does very well vs GR mid-range, etc.
Here's my biggest question: Experiment One or Elvish Mystic? The deck creator from the Pro Tour undoubtedly has a lot more experience playing magic than I do. Does a turn 2 Lox or Witch really out-weigh the benefit of a great one-drop like Exp One? Why does he run Elvish when there's so many two-drops in the deck?
Exp One would seem to do better vs RDW and Esper (block/regen, regen after verdict).
What do you guys think of the list overall, and if you're deciding between Exp One and Elvish, with the rest of the list being the same, which do you take?

I'm just getting in to magic, but I am a competitive poker player and have experience playing strategy games.
The most recent tournament successful G/W Aggro list (for comparison) can be found here:

However, I stumbled across this deck tech from the Pro Tour:
