Well if you want black borders on cards that have been released in black border before just go to cockatrice and on the top it says card database > edit sets. Find the set with the card that you want in black border and drag it to the top of the list. Restart cockatrice and check the image. If you want the black bordered cards from the commander 2013 set ill have to make an update with them added.
Do you want the reprinted cards to show up? That would require some more work for that. I may update it later with the older card reprint pictures added.
I noticed a few people on this forum waiting for Commander 2013 for cockatrice. Wish granted. I figured why wait I'll just go type it up myself. Just download the file and open up your program folder for Cockatrice and copy/paste the cards.xml.
