This is the deck I put together in a little bit of time.
It's using 2 Arbor Elfs and 2 Avacyn's Pilgrims to let the player decide which they like more (Common argument between me and my friends).
Vizkopa Guildmage & Exquisite blood form an infinite combo, while both being on their own very good. However neither is particularly powerful with more than one in play (Vizkopa Guildmage especially) so only 2 of each are used.
I just want to see if silverblade can be viable in this build, however I don't have high hopes as he's already subpar since some creatures already have first strike.
I chose tribute to hunger over devour flesh because it's an instance of healing, and while I feel if you've stabilized you're probably already going to win in this deck, I don't like the idea of how it would perform against a mirror match.
