Can you guys rate this commanders from T1-T4 with T1 being the best and T4 being trash compared to other commanders.

Mario is underpowered...look at Ugin and Karn for 7 mana either he should be bigger (dies to 95% of removal) or at least draw you a card at your upkeep or something.

So at least he can combo off with the right pieces.
I like the Time Warp + Doomsday. THe old Nicol Bolas Ult basically said I WIN which the new ULT does not at all but it does set you up to win the game.
The card itself is great especially at 5 mana instead of 4 which puts him at Legacy levels of playability with a colored token engine.
At 5, cost reductions only reduce him to 4 instead of three which allows him much more easily answered in eternal formats. I think he would be banned in Modern though.

Reread the first ability every time he acttovates his second ability his ETB ability triggers.....this is why he costs 6.
There is no way with his ablity Ducari is costing less than 6. In EDH you can get him out T3-4 and destroy people just fill your hand a with a high chance for a free creature.

Rena does not seem very legendary honestly. Seems like this is either a Mythic Bomb or are pushed rare.
C Justice is fine as long as their are no ways to cheap this out T3.
Insight is super bomb easily the strongest out of the three. Easily Modern playable, relevant in all stages of the game as well. It is fair but strong.
