The image of a Sultai dragon can be seen on Dig Through Time. The fangs on it's lower jaw are, indeed, larger than a normal dragon's, and much like a snake's fangs.
Since fangs (especially snake fangs) are very often associated with poison, is it possible that any dragons that are associated with the Sultai clan shall have deathtouch?
It looks a lot like Tequatl the Sunless from Guild Wars 2.
I'd love to see zombie dragons or dragons with flesh and no scales.
Just look at Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver. Pretty awful in the control matchup, but actually very good against creature decks, escpecially the midrange ones.
Surprisingly useful at times against Esper, actually. I understand that it's completely unreliable and random, but if it goes unanswered you'll probably strike win-conditions that they can no longer elixir. They're pretty much screwed.
I'm honestly surprised that no one has brought up Kruphix, God of Horizons.
He's just a big ol' mana cannon with the same color alignment as this card.
Something to think about, at least.
I ended up going 4:0 with this BUG list.
I only lost one game in the first round -- it was only UB at that point.
I splashed in some green for Kiora and Pharika and they ended up pulling me through every game.
Resolved Kiora's ultimate three times that night, haha.
Coincidentally, there are no weirds in this deck. I just don't know what terms to use to describe what I'm trying to do, honestly. Looking for suggestions.
Soooo, to break this down, working into the Whispering Madness combo with Notion Thief is somewhat necessary.
(I draw ALL the cards, my opponent doesn't. Pretty simple.)
For example, on the Stalker: Play it for free by untapping two lands, then follow up with Burn, Goblin Electromancer, an Invisible Stalker, Hands of Binding, or ANOTHER Hidden Strings. Swing.
You have another two mana to use for any other of those spells.
With the Electromancer, I can play Strings for one mana, so I only need to untap one land, and can use the other tap to remove an opponent's blocker. Swing.
What makes Electromancer so interesting is that it reduces the costs of BOTH halves of the split cards, since they are two different spells. Since they are both instants, I can cast either Far/Away or Turn/Burn on turn two by adding mana to my pool during the combat phase and then adding more from the untapped lands coming from Hidden Strings. (... because it procs during the combat phase; This same concept also applies to Notion Thief, since it has flash.)
So, this is where the ol' Guttersnipe comes in.
First off, his interactions with both cipher cards and split cards is pretty silly - its either a recurring 2 damage burn from cipher cards, or 6 damage from a single turn/burn.
Once the Notion Thief / Whispering Madness combo is setup on a stalker, you'll have a crap ton of spells to play, especially with an electromancer out. This allows you to play a huge storm of spells and burn the opponent to death.
Thats the idea, anyway.
Now, THE PROBLEM...
I feel like the deck lacks a heavy focus, and depends far too much on specific opening hands.
If I get the exact spells I need, I end up not having creatures, and vice versa.
Perhaps a tormented soul?
As is, I'm unsure.
I.E. T3: Hidden strings cipher on Invisible Stalker, untap the lands used to play Hidden Strings, Cast Hands of Binding, cipher on stalker, swings, untap lands, play an augur of bolas, pull a spell, and play more next turn.
This even allows me to play Notion Thief on T3, since it has flash. (You can dump 4 mana off two lands during your combat phase).
Win con can either be from constant pecks or being milled out.
I've done a few play tests using proxies, and I've had a lot of fun.
Just a thought - looking for suggestions / constructive criticism.
Scaleless snakes exist.

Another example from fantasy games would be Seath the Scaleless, I guess.

I also said with flesh, meaning a replacement.
It looks a lot like Tequatl the Sunless from Guild Wars 2.

The is that on T2 I can either play an Invisible Stalker or Goblin Electromancer, and then follow up with Hands of Binding or Hidden Strings on the next turn. Hidden Strings is ideal, since it can set up a pretty heavy cascade.
For example, on the Stalker: Play it for free by untapping two lands, then follow up with Burn, Goblin Electromancer, an Invisible Stalker, Hands of Binding, or ANOTHER Hidden Strings.
Swing.

The idea is to work into the Whispering Madness and Notion Thief combo. By using Hidden Strings, I can play many combinations of spells in the same turn;
