Well if they simply added cards to modern masters that would not normally be in modern then it would keep the set the same. It would still be a reprinting of modern pillars because any new cards they would add to the pool would be things they would want to see in modern as new modern pillars.
Not sure if the Stealer of Secrets Promo is from this convention alone. I was in my LGS just last week and they had about 2 pages full of this promo. I wasn't interested in it so I didn't ask where he got em from.
Im sure it will be much along the lines of the Event Decks which most wouldn't consider to be Tournament caliber decks but it has the start of one. With all the Rares and/or Mythics being playable in the format.
More so this opens up the possibility for them to reprint some really overpriced uncommon cards like Remand. Cards like remand I can totally see them putting 2-4 of them in the box just to increase supply on cards like this.
Getting rid of the reserved list wouldn't change modern. Just because they would be allowed to reprint cards on the list doesn't mean they have reprint them in a set that would be legal in modern or standard. They could simply do another Modern Masters type set or Masters Edition much like they have already done with MTGO.
This isn't the latest version of the game it is last years version but if you already have a Gold Account then it is 100% free just head to the dashboard to find it under the Games for Gold tab.
The first thing that came to mind when I saw this was "A Red Oath of Druids". Obviously it is very different but could easily be built into a similar style deck where your running Fat/Utility creatures and mana accelerators. Sadly it's not limited to one card type so it makes the build selection much harder in order to fix the randomness from affecting you negatively after it's cast but I can see a lot of potential in this card.

As long as your devotion to either U or B is less than 5 ... isn't a creature.
I guess the real question is will the demi-gods/lesser gods want devotion from both colors or just one or the other.
Fetch lands go back as far as Mirage not just Zendikar.
